Il blazer è una giacca ispirata ai modelli che gli inglesi usavano per giocare a cricket. Successivamente è diventato il capo cult dei college britannici soprattutto nella versione in lana con i bottoni dorati, fino ai giorni nostri, in cui il termine blazer è usato per indicare una giacca sportiva di solito dal taglio maschile, ma perfetta anche per le donne.
Per quanto riguarda i colori la scelta è praticamente infinita: in primavera trionfano i fiori che, ovviamente, sbocciano anche sui blazer, ma possiamo trovare anche tantissimi modelli sia sui toni pastello che nelle sfumature più vivaci.
I blazer sono perfetti da abbinare a capi chiari o scuri, a tinta unita o fantasia, sui pantaloni e sulle gonne, sugli abiti ed anche con i classici jeans, e se ne trovano di tutti i prezzi: infatti sono stati proposti dalle griffe democratiche e low cost come Zara, Asos, Topshop e H&M, così come dalle maison di moda più blasonate.
Tuttavia se anche voi vi siete innamorate di questo trend, meglio puntare su un capo di qualità che duri nel tempo e mantenga i colori e il tessuto in ottimo stato anche dopo vari lavaggi; dato che la caratteristica principale che rende "bello" un blazer è il fitting, prenderne uno troppo economico che dopo qualche utilizzo ve lo ritrovate sformato e da buttare, potrebbe non rivelarsi un così buon investimento! ;)
