Su un bastimento italiano diretto a Buenos Aires, due "ragazzi" (oggi li chiameremmo così, allora erano già capofamiglia) lasciano S. Floriano di Vittorio Veneto per cercare fortuna. Due italiani come tanti che in quel periodo emigrarono dall'altra parte del mondo... ma quei due italiani sono una parte della mia famiglia....
La guerra, le difficoltà di comunicazione, le vita che ti cambia e ti porta lontano... di quei due ragazzi si perdettero le tracce, i soli ricordi che la mia bisnonna Maria aveva di questi suoi 2 figli sono ancora oggi contenuti in quest'antica borsa di pelle, la sua borsetta.

Un indirizzo casualmente ritrovato in questa vecchia borsa, un nome... Maria Vittoria... mio padre prova a cercare quel pezzo di famiglia lontana....
L'Argentina versa in un momento tragico, c'è paura e tensione... nessuno risponde alla ricerca... i contatti si perdono per sempre.

Tanti amici ritrovati, compagni scuola, compagni di giochi,tante nuove amiche creative, e una pagina dove mostrare le mie creazioni e il mio lavoro.
Una follia... una mattina mia mamma vuol riprovarci vuole cercare i discendenti dei fratelli di sua mamma.
Perchè no? FB se usato bene può fare miracoli.
Trovo la pagina del cognome di mia nonna, tanti mettono pagine di gruppi familiari e cercano parenti lontani, perchè non provare?
Così lascio un messaggio con il mio pessimo spagnolo nella bacheca di quella pagina.
Passa il tempo... due mesi quasi... e una mattina aprendo FB trovo un messaggio pvt...
"Ciao mi chiamo Bibiana, mio nonno e suo fratello lasciarono Vittorio Veneto nel 1927, e si stabilirono a Buenos Aires..."
Tornava tutto... i loro nomi, il nome della nave, i nomi dei loro figli... li avevo davvero trovati?????
Non restava che la prova del nove... queste vecchie foto ingiallite dal tempo, risalgono addirittura all'800, ai bisnonni di mia nonna... chissà se anche lei aveva qualcosa che potesse essere utile a riconoscerci...
Le inviai una foto, 2 ragazzi, sulla foto c'erano 2 nomi, Eugenio e Maria Vittoria (il contatto che avevamo cercato tanti anni prima...).
Eugenio è suo padre!!!!
