Dopo aver chiesto il vostro aiuto, ho potuto iniziare a raccogliere qualche informazione su Amsterdam: la città che visiterò a marzo insieme a mia sorella Beatrice. (che oggi compie 24 anni! Auguroni Bea <3 !)
Per prima cosa, devo ringraziare tutti quelli che, qui sul blog, o su Facebook e twitter, mi hanno scritto consigli e opinioni su questa città - che pare proprio essere meravigliosa. Questo post è dedicato proprio a tutti loro e tutti quelli che d'ora in poi, volendo andare ad Amsterdam con qualche consiglio in più, avrà disponibile sul web questa piccola ricerca.
E' proprio questo il senso che vorrei dare al blog e che fin dal primo post, mi sono prefissata. Quindi grazie vivissimo a tutti quelli che hanno contribuito fin ora e che arricchiscono ogni giorno i post con i loro commenti!

After asking for your help, I could begin to gather some information about Amsterdam: the city I will visit in March with my sister Beatrice (24 years birthday today! wishes to Bea <3 !)
First, I must thank everyone that, here on the blog or on Facebook and Twitter have written to me some advice about this city - that just seems to be wonderful. This post is dedicated to all of them and everybody that from now on, wanting to go to Amsterdam with some more advice, will have available on the web this little research.
That's the way I want to give to the blog and that, from the first post, I fixed. So thanks very much to all who have contributed until now and that enrich daily my posts with their comments!
Following this, here is a very rich guide, with lots itineraries, maps, guides to shopping, antique bookshops and Italian wines. Who is the author? All of you!

Ecco i consigli che ho selezionato da Andrea, vologratis (grazie!):
- fare colazione di fronte al Van Gogh museum, in una deliziosa sala da tè dallo stile Starbucks, prima della visita al museo.
- comprare i biglietti per il Van Gogh museum online (14 € a testa) per saltare la fila. (lo potete fare cliccando qui)
- andare al mercatino dei fiori a Singel, dietro la Munttoren, tra Muntplein e Koningsplein. Da raggiungere in tram.
- niente foto nel quartiere a luci rosse! E' vietato e i gestori dei locali potrebbero prendersela non poco...
- mangiare carne (costolette & Co.), patatine fritte e birra costa sui 15 €
- visitare il Begijnof, il cortile interno più antico di Amsterdam, al centro di un vecchio complesso di edifici.
- no ai pancake pomodoro e formaggio!
- sì alla crociera sui canali a 13€ a persona con audio guida.
Here is some tips that I have selected by Andrea, vologratis (thanks!):
- Have breakfast in front of the Van Gogh museum, in a lovely tea room in Starbucks's style, before visiting the museum.
- Buy tickets to the Van Gogh museum online (14 € each) to avoid the queue. (you can do it by clicking here)
- Go to the Singel flower market, behind the Munttoren, between Muntplein and Koningsplein. To reach by tram.
- No picture in the red light district! It's forbidden and clubs owners could get so hangry ...
- To eat meat (ribs & Co.), fries and beer costs about € 15
- Visit the Begijnof, the oldest inner count in Amsterdam, in the middle of a complex of old buildings.
- No pancakes with tomato and cheese!
- Yes to the canal cruise for 13 € per person with audio guide.

Per lo shopping, invece, a darci consigli è niente meno che @Fashiolista, l'account twitter del social network della moda più popolare in assoluto (potete trovare il mio profilo, cliccando sul widget a destra)! Il loro team mi ha consigliato (e siamo loro tutte grate) le cosiddette nine streets ossia De Negen Straatjes - le nove stradine dell'arte e della moda -. Io ho ovviamente visitato solo lo strepitoso sito, il quale fornisce anche una guida stampabile allo shopping. (potete visualizzare il pdf CLICCANDO QUI). Da non farsi scappare!
All'interno dello stesso sito, ho trovato una guida ai mercatini (e sapete quanto mi piacciano) che fa venire voglia di girarli tutti, nessuno escluso. Ci basteranno solo quattro giorni?
About shopping who gave me advice is none other than @Fashiolista, the twitter account of the most popular fashion social network (you can find my profile clicking on the widget on the right)! Their team advised me (and we are grateful to them all) the so-called Nine Streets or better, De Negen Straatjes - nine lanes of art and fashion -. Of course I only visited their breakthrough site, which also provides a printable shopping guide. (You can view the pdf HERE). Cannot miss it!
Within the same site, I found a guide to markets (and you know how much I like them) that makes you want to visit them all, without exception. Will be sufficient only four days?
Inoltre, sempre @Fashiolista, per cene, aperitivi e serate consiglia il winebar italiano diVino, che sembra piacevolissimo, nonostante i pregiudizi che un'italiana può avere verso i locali italiani all'estero. C'è la recensione su eat-amsterdam, altro sito prezioso che analizzerò con cura.
Furthermore, @Fashiolista, recommends the Italian winebar diVino for dinners amd drinks. It seems really pleasant, despite the prejudices that may have an Italian girl to the Italians abroad. There is a review on amsterdam-eat, another precious site that I'll analyze more carefully soon.
Sempre per lo shopping, una buona guida la può dare Vogue.it: dagli abiti di gala, ai vinile, alle boutiques vintage, ai bookshop.
Even for shopping, a good guide can be Vogue.it (you can choose language): here you can find from the finery, to the vinyl, vintage shops and the bookshop.
Una libreria che pare meritare una visita è Antiquariaat Lont. Il sito mostra immese pareti di libri impolverati, tutti da scoprire (anche per bambini).
Looking around, I found as interesting Mendo, a bookshop where you can find art, photography, and design books (there is also a section about "Travel").

Poi nel frattempo io e mia sorella ci siamo procurate la guida cartacea (abbiamo tradito la Lonely Planet per la Mondadori, ebbene sì! Perchè? ve ne parlerò prossimamente!) e una selezione ponderata di app per l'iPhone di mia sorella (spero che la suddetta prepari presto il post a riguardo che mi ha promesso :D ). Quindi, insomma, mancano solo le valige e aver finito gli esami! ... :)
Anche voi avete esami o verifiche/interrogazioni/impegni di lavoro in questo periodo? Avrete un periodo di riposo dopo? Andrete da qualche parte?
Io mi scuso se ormai sto pubblicando a giorni alterni, ma il tempo è sempre tiranno!
Then in the meantime my sister and I, we procured a guide book (we deceived Loney Planet to buy the Mondadori guide. Yes, we did! Why? I'll tell you before long) and a thought selection of apps for my sister's iPhone (I hope she's preparing the post about that, that she promised me :D). So, in short, we need only the bags and to have done our university tests! ... :)
You also have examinations or audits / queries / work commitments during this period? You will have a break after these? Will you go somewhere?
