Many people are writing  about ÄNDREÄ, a brand seen at Pitti W. I must say that when I first discovered ÄNDREÄ I was astonished. It’s a playful, fun and girly like! I do think we need all this in our lives, everyone does. Why not be joyful and happy in the nowadays difficult and hard times. The collection is colourful and the style is feminine and young in a very lovely way.

Andrea Bergamaschi is a young very talented Italian fashion designer. Thanks to her grandmother, formerly a dressmaker, and above all her mother, a former model, Andrea took her first steps in the world of fashion as a child. Upon returning from school, she used to sew dresses for her Barbie dolls and stage “fashion shows” with her little brother, capturing them in beautiful home videos.
After a degree with highest marks in Fashion Design at IED Moda in Milan and a brief experience working in prestigious fashion houses, she decided to present her own line of women’s wear.

The ÄNDREÄ brand was born in 2014. ÄNDREÄ is a short name, ambivalent and unisex, effective for communicating three key concepts underlying the creations of Andrea Bergamaschi: freshness, spontaneity and refinement. The absolute protagonist of the collection is knitwear: a “baby” look combined with a romantic feminine style that goes hand in hand with an extremely contemporary and dynamic idea of elegance.

So che in molti stanno scrivendo di ÄNDREÄ, un brand che si è distinto al Pitti W di quest’anno. Devo dire che appena l’ho scoperto sono rimasta colpita. È giocoso, divertente e girly! Penso che tutti noi abbiamo bisogno di un po’ di questi aspetti nelle nostre vite. Perché non cercare di essere sereni e felici, in questi tempi faticosi e difficili? La collezione è ricca di splendidi colori e lo stile è femminile in un senso giovane e molto aggraziato.

Andrea Bergamaschi è una giovane fashion designer italiana di grande talent. Grazie a sua nonna, che è stata sarta, e soprattutto a sua madre, ex modella, Andrea ha mosso i suoi primi passi nel mondo della moda sin da bambina. Quando tornava a casa da scuola, infatti, cucina abiti per le sue Barbie e metteva in piedi veri e propri fashion show aiutata dal suo fratellino, facendone anche i filmati.
Dopo un diploma coi massimi voti in Fashion Design allo IED Moda di Milano e una breve esperienza lavorando i prestigiose case di moda, ha deciso di presentare la sua linea di abbigliamento donna.

Il brand ÄNDREÄ è nato nel 2014. ÄNDREÄ è un nome breve, ambivalente e unisex, perfetto per comunicare tre concetti chiave che stanno alla base delle creazioni: freschezza, spontaneità and cura del dettaglio. Il protagonista assoluto delle collezioni è la maglieria: un look “baby” combinato con uno stile romantico e femminile che si fonde con un’idea di eleganza estremamente contemporanea e dinamica.
