Android ICS, il Lupo perde il pelo ma non il vizio… o meglio, il LEONE HD2! [Guida installazione]

Eccolo la che colpisce ancora, il titolo del device più longevo è ancora suo, dopo 2 anni e mezzo riceve ancora aggiornamenti dalla comunità di XDA.

Saltato duori un’altro video su youtube e un’altra conferma su XDA è il finimondo, oramai è una gara a chi “porta” per primo l’ultimo os uscito su HD2… non ci manca molto che peschino anche Web OS…

ma ora restiamo ad android, il porting è uscito sotto forma di ROM AOSP e il changelog mostra la sua forza nelle poche cose sotto il nominativo “non funzionanti”.

Naturalmente, tra le funzionalità che non troveremo nella rom c’è il Face Unlock, che manca a causa di una pecca hardware di HD2, la mancanza della fotocamera anteriore.

La beta 2, uscita oggi appunto, fixa numerosi bug che si possono vedere nel video proposto a seguito, ma purtroppo l’assenza dell’accelerazione Hardware si sente per il peso della rom, 190 Mb.

Fixed the audio (Replaced audio.primary.default.so and audio_policy.default.so) (Credits to rapmv78. And thanks Cruonit.)

Fixed “0 dBm” signal strength. (Show the correct dBm value now.) (Added ro.telephony.ril.v3=1 to build.prop)

Changed ro.sf.lcd_density to 220 to fix the overlay of the softkeys and the keyboard.

Side effect: You cannot install some apps from the Market.

Solution: change ro.sf.lcd_density back to default 240.

Alpha 1 (Nov. 19)

L’installazione è tuttavia semplice e non richiede passaggi complicati in quanto è molto simile a quella per le precedenti versioni di Android. A seguito i link al Download e una breve guida. invece da XDA, potrete trovare altre informazioni, basta masticare l’inglese.

Installazione:

Utilizzare almeno 190MB di partizione di sistema (ed almeno 2MB di partizione chace).

RESETTARE TOTALMENTE IL DEVICE

Flashate la ROM.

MAGLDR: Flashare NexusHD2-IceCreamSandwich_Beta2.zip (POI RIAVVIARE)
