Beauty Talks: Face/Nails/Make-up

This is one of the monthly colums that will take place in my blog. Once a month I will review for you the latest beauty products that I had the chance to try on myself. For this appointment with Beauty Talks, I would like to review 3 skincare products, 2 nail polishes and some make-up stuff.Questa è una delle rubriche mensili che potrete leggere sul mio blog. Una volta al mese recensirò per voi gli ultimi prodotti di bellezza che ho avuto la possibilità di provare su di me. Per il primo appuntamento con Beauty Talks, vorrei parlare di 3 prodotti per la cura del viso, due smalti e alcuni prodotti di make-up.
1. Skincare: The Body Shop Seaweed Clarifying Toner and Mattifying Day Cream + Tea Tree Squeaky-Clean Scrub

My skin is really oily, and so far I've basically tried out everything I could. I even got some pills and creams from the doctor which had just a temporary effect on my skin. I guess it's just a problem related to my age, and it will disappear growing up. But in the meantime I've decided to try this combination of three products (mixed by me). Every night, after having removed make-up, I clean my face with the seaweed toner, which is really fresh and delicate. Every morning, after having washed my face with warm water, I apply the tea tree scrub, perfect for blemished skin, and then just a little seaweed day cream, that gives an immediate matt effect to my skin.
La mia pelle è molto grassa, e fin ora ho provato praticamente tutto quello che potevo. Mi sono fatta persino prescrivere alcune medicine da un dermatologo, che hanno avuto soltanto un effetto temporaneo sulla mia pelle. Sono quasi sicura che sia un problema legato all'età, che scomparirà con la crescita. Ma nel frattempo ho deciso di provare questa combinazione di tre prodotti (mixati da me). Ogni sera, dopo aver rimosso il trucco dal viso, pulisco la pelle con il tonico all'alga di mare, super fresco e delicato. Ogni mattina, dopo aver lavato il viso con acqua tiepida, applico prima lo scrub al thè verde, perfetto per le imperfezioni e poi un po' di crema all'alga di mare, che dona subito un effetto matt alla pelle.
2. Nail Polishes: Essie "Ballet Slippers" and Maybelline no.05 "Extreme Black Current"

Few things to say on these two colours, which to me will never be old-fashioned. Perfect for any season (especially fall) and with any outfit. They're so long lasting and one coat is always enough for a bold colour.  Poco da dire su questi due colori, che secondo me non passeranno mai di moda. Perfetti per ogni stagione (soprattutto autunno) e con ogni outfit. Durano a lungo e una passata è sufficiente per un colore brillante.

3. Make-up: Maybelline "Fit me" Foundation no.210, Barry M Lipsticks no.151 and no.163, Eyeko Skinny Liquid Eyeliner, Maybelline "Master Shape" Brow Pencil in Soft Brown

 I had to update my beauty case with some old-school classics. These are basically the few products that I use every single day to get my make-up done (just a good mascara's missing, I'm currently using "They're real !" by Benefit). The foundation is really light and not shiny; the lipsticks are so bold and bright; the eyeliner is the easiest to apply and it's so long lasting, and the eyebrow pencil matches perfectly my brow's tone and gives immediately definition.  Dovevo rinnovare il mio beauty case con qualche vecchio classico. Questi sono i pochi prodotti che uso ogni singolo giorno nella mia make-up routine (manca solo un buon mascara e al momento sto usando "They're real !" di Benefit). Il fondotinta è leggerissimo e non da quell'effetto lucido alla pelle; i rossetti hanno dei colori intensi e brillanti; l'eyeliner è il più facile da applicare che abbia mai provato e dura anche a lungo, e la matita per sopracciglia corrisponde perfettamente al mio colore naturale e dona definizione immediatamente.
