Biscotti per cani fatti in casa / Homemade Cookies for dogs

Alle mie 2 pesti pelose: Maya e Matilde.
Ingredienti per circa 30 biscotti: 2 omogeneizzati per bambini di carne o pesce 2 cucchiai di parmigiano grattugiato  1 tazza di farina di farro 1/2 tazza di farina di semola sale 1 cucchiaio di olio di semi
Procedimento: Accendere il forno. Amalgamare tutti gli ingredienti fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo e uniforme. Stendere l'impasto con il mattarello fino a 3 mm di spessore circa e con uno stampino ricavare i biscotti (io non ce l'avevo a casa, per cui ho realizzato delle palline grandi circa come una noce leggermente schiacciate). Metterli sulla placca coperta con carta forno e cuocere per 25 minuti circa a 190° C.

Ingredients for about 30 biscuits:
2 homogenized baby food (meat or fish)
2 tblspoons of grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup of spelt flour
1/2 cup of bran flour
salt
1 tblspoon of oilseed
Method:
Accendere il forno.
Mix together all the ingredients until smooth and crumbly.
Roll the pastry out about 3 mm thick on the working surface and with a dog-bone cutter (I don't have it, so I have made walnut-sized flatten balls) cut biscuits until you've used all the dough.
Place them onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes at 374° F.
