Bobbio (e dintorni)

Eccoci finalmente al motivo principale del nostro viaggio in val Trebbia: visitare Bobbio, conosciuto attraverso l'ultimo film di Marco Bellocchio "Sangue del mio sangue". Un film molto simbolico, in cui passato e presente si sovrappongono, la paura ossessiva verso le streghe (vere o presunte?!) che si trasforma nella paura della... Guardia di Finanza e la lotta contro il progresso... Tre temi scottanti soprattutto in Italia... -
Here we are finally the main reason for our trip to the val Trebbia: visit Bobbio. Place known through the latest film by Marco Bellocchio "Blood of my blood." E' domenica e Bobbio è pieno di vita! Seguiamo i consigli di Eleonora del blog "BabyRedVamp Make-Up" e entriamo nella'Abbazia di san Colombano. Noi scopriamo che San Colombano era un santo di origine irlandese, nel giardino dell'abbazia (dove hanno sede due musei) sono state girate alcune scene del film.- It's Sunday and Bobbio is full of life! We follow the advice of Eleonora, the blog "BabyRedVamp Make-Up", and enter nella'Abbazia Columban. We find out that St. Columban was a saint of Irish origin, in the garden of the abbey (which houses two museums) were filmed some scenes of the film.









Torneremo nel pomeriggio per visitare il museo dell'abbazia e per cercare le Vecchie Prigioni  ( nel film è lì che  viveva il "vampiro"!), intanto facciamo un giretto per Bobbio e ci dirigiamo verso il famoso ponte gobbo. -We will return in the afternoon to visit the abbey museum and look for the Old Prisons (in the film that's where he lived the "vampire"!), Meanwhile, take a walk to Bobbio and head towards the famous humpbacked bridge.








Questo ponte è un eccezionale esempio di architettura medioevale, ricorda un po' il  Ponte del Diavolo (credo che tutti i ponti medioevali  abbiano questo nome) alle porte della Garfagnana, ma questo è più lungo e più basso, una vera strada sospesa nel tempo, oltre che su acque spesso pericolose... eppure è ancora qui!-This bridge is a unique example of medieval architecture, reminiscent 'the Devil's Bridge (I think that all the medieval bridges have this name) at the gates of the Garfagnana, but this is longer and lower, a real road suspended in time, as well as on water often dangerous ... and yet it's still here!


Un cartello stradale molto vintage e un bell'esempio di quando la scuola insegnava anche educazione ambientale. Trovare un posto a Bobbio è impossibile (verso sera mangeremo un ottimo gelato al gusto di  gorgonzola e polenta!) così ci dirigiamo verso il piccolo paese di Santa Maria, il paesaggio è incantevole. Troviamo posto al ristorante il Cristallo, una sorpresa: personale molto gentile e cibo ottimo!-But now we are hungry! Finding a place to Bobbio is impossible (in the evening eat an ice cream flavored gorgonzola and polenta!) So we head towards the small village of Santa Maria, the scenery is lovely.We are placed at the restaurant Crystal, a surprise: very nice staff and great food!





Dopo pranzo saliamo verso il Monte Pelice, altro luogo segnalato da Eleonora, che non ringrazieremo mai abbastanza.. Perchè qui è bellissimo! Una vista mozzafiato e un'aria pungente accarezza uno splendido autunno!-After lunch we go to Mount Penice, elsewhere reported by Eleanor, who do not thank you enough .. Because here is beautiful! E poi torniamo a Bobbio. Visiatiamo l'interessante Museo dell'Abbazia e troviamo le vecchie carceri e altri luoghi consociuti tramite il film!-And then we go back to Bobbio.
