Anche Brandon Flowers dei Killers si prende una pausa dalla band(ma il loro matrimonio non è in crisi,dice lui).Il 6 settembre 2010 uscirà il disco solista "Flamingo" che in questi giorni iniziamo a conoscere col singolo "Crossfire".Questo brano scritto dallo stesso cantante e prodotto da Brendan O'Brien(già al lavoro con Pearl Jam,Ac/Dc,Bruce Springsteen e tantissimi altri) si potrebbe definire affascinante ed è quasi un tutt'uno col video glamour con protagonista Charlize Theron.Cio' potrebbe essere un limite ma fortunatamente ci sono anche una bella melodia(soprattutto nelle strofe) ed un miglioramento netto nel modo di cantare dell'artista.
