Buon lunedì # Happy Monday

But why is it soooooooo cold? Last week I was almost freezing, but do not think that I’ve just been sitting next to the fireplace, with a cup of tea and my cats, during the whole week ... well just for a part of it! :D I have been looking for new recipes to test, and although the test failed, my cats ate gladly the ruins. Then a nice pumpkin ice cream that can be improved, an advent calendar made with lots of patience, already on its way, purple potato gnocchi, delicious but eventually not so purple, a brunch to organize and new posts to write. So, yes, maybe it seemed to have been a quiet week ... but actually the backstage is always very busy! Well let's start this new week, good Monday to everybody from your V!                                                                                                                                                    
Ma che freddo fa??? Mi sono quasi congelata questa settimana, ma non pensiate che sia stata seduta accanto al camino, tutto il tempo, con una tazza di tè e i miei gatti…bè si anche :D! C’è stata una ricerca di nuove ricette da collaudare, prove non riuscite, che però i gatti si sono mangiati volentieri, un gelato alla zucca che può essere migliorato, ma niente male, un calendario dell’avvento fatto con tanta pazienza, già in viaggio verso destinazione, degli gnocchi di patate viola, buonissimi ma tutto meno che belli viola, un brunch da organizzare e poi nuovi post. Quindi, si, sarà sembrata una settimana tranquilla…in realtà il backstage qui è sempre molto busy!!! Bene allora vediamo di cominciare questa nuova settimana, buon lunedi a tutti dalla vostra V!
