Sister Assassin, trio-progetto formato dalla sempre verde Lydia Lunch, dalla sempre brava Jessie Evans (ex Vanishing e Autonervous, al lavoro sul prossimo album con Steve “Stooges” Mackay) e dalla nostra sempre interessante Beatrice Antolini.

LYDIA LUNCH
Dopo essere arrivata a New York City all'età di 16 anni, Lunch si stabilì in una casa comunale in cui si ritrovavano artisti e musicisti, tra cui Kitty Bruce (figlia di Lenny Bruce). Dopo essere divenuta amica dei Suicide, entrò a far parte di un'altra band No Wave, i Teenage Jesus & the Jerks, nel 1976. Con lei entrò anche il suo partner artistico, James Chance. In seguito Lunch apparve in un album di Chance: Off White (accreditato a James White and the Blacks; Lunch usò lo pseudonimo "Stella Rico") del 1978.
Apparve poi in due film diretti dai registi (marito e moglie) Scott B e Beth B; nel cortometraggio Black Box (1978) recitò la parte di una torturatrice, mentre nel Vortex (1983) indossò i panni di una investigatrice privata di nome "Angel Powers". In quel periodo apparve anche in alcuni film di Vivienne Dick, inclusi She Had her Gun All Ready (1978) e Beauty Becomes The Beast (1979).
Nella sua carriera solista di musicista Lunch collaborò con altre grandi personalità del rock alternativo, come J. G. Thirlwell, Kim Gordon, Thurston Moore, Nick Cave, Billy Ver Plank, Steven Severin, Robert Quine, Sadie Mae, Rowland S. Howard, Michael Gira, Einstürzende Neubauten, Sonic Youth, Die Haut e Black Sun Productions. Inoltre recitò, scrisse e diressi diversi film underground, a volte collaborando con il regista e musicista Richard Kern. Più recentemente ha pubblicato dei dischi parlati, collaborando con altri musicisti underground, come Exene Cervenka, Henry Rollins, Don Bajema, Hubert Selby Jr. e Emilio Cubeiro. Nel 2009 ha pubblicato l'eccellente album "Big Sexy Noise" (5 stelle per la rivista RollingStone), con un omonimo "supergruppo".

BEATRICE ANTOLINI
Inizia a suonare le tastiere da bambina; prosegue gli studi di musica al Conservatorio.
Dopo alcune esperienze come attrice, comincia a comporre canzoni (con testi in inglese) ed ottiene un contratto con l'etichetta indipendente Madcup nel 2006.
Pubblica il primo album, Big Saloon, nel 2006, con distribuzione Audioglobe.
Nel 2007 suona le tastiere nel pezzo Electric Princess tratto da The midnight room dei Jennifer Gentle; l'anno successivo collabora con i Baustelle, suonando in Amen e con Bugo.[1]
Ad ottobre del 2008 viene pubblicato il suo secondo album, A due, disco che ottiene molte recensioni entusiastiche[2], ed ottenendo la copertina della rivista Il mucchio di agosto.
Nel settembre 2009 partecipa (accompagnata da Andy - Andrea Fumagalli dei Bluvertigo) al Moog Fest presso l'Auditorium di Roma insieme a tanti artisti dell'area elettronica come Claudio Simonetti, Luca Cirillo e Maurizio Mansueti.
Nel 2010 partecipa in qualità di turnista/polistrumentista al tour degli A Toys Orchestra e, nel mese di novembre, pubblica Bioy terzo album, prodotto (e suonato quasi per intero) dalla stessa Antolini.
L'album viene accolto ancora una volta con i favori del pubblico e della critica e anticipa il tour che vede la cantautrice girare l'Italia.
JESSIE EVANS
Jesse J. Evans was believed to have been born in Missouri, although some historians believe he was born in Texas. He was half-Cherokee, and a graduate of Washington and Lee College in Virginia. It is unknown as to what caused Evans to go from a promising life to that of an outlaw. It is possibly due to a poor influence within his family structure, as he was arrested with both his mother and his father on June 26, 1871, in Elk City, Kansas, for passing counterfeit money. He was released shortly thereafter, and by 1872 he was in New Mexico.
He began working as a cowboy, employed by several ranches, to include that of John Chisum. After he ended his employment with Chisum, Evans ventured to both Las Cruces and La Mesilla, New Mexico, where he became associated with John Kinney. At the time, Kinney was leading one of the more well known gangs of the New Mexico Territory, called the John Kinney Gang. Evans joined the gang, and over time he and Kinney became close. On the night of December 31, 1875, Kinney, Evans, Pony Diehl, and Jim McDaniels went into Las Cruces. While there the gang members became involved in a disagreement and later a brawl with soldiers of the US Cavalry stationed at Fort Seldon. The outlaws lost the fight, and left, only to return and open fire on the saloon, killing two soldiers and one civilian, and wounding another two soldiers and one civilian.
