Ingredienti:
150 g di cioccolato fondente
Frutta secca (mandorle, noci, nocciole... ma anche fichi secchi, datteri, albicocche....etc )
Semi di chia (Lao fair Trading)
Semi di sesamo
Bacche di goji
Polline
Zenzero candito
Come si fa:
Sciogliete il cioccolato a bagnomaria. Foderate una teglia con un foglio di carta forno.
Con un cucchiaio mettete un po' di cioccolato fuso e allargate delicatamente per creare dei cerchi. un Guarnite con gli altri ingredienti e lasciate riposare in frigo per 30 minuti.
Staccate i dischetti e assaggiatene uno.
Adesso regalateli mettendoli in sacchettini trasparenti decorandoli con nastrino e bigliettino. O conservateli per voi come rimedio contro i cali di energia.
In entrambi i casi vanno tenuti in frigorifero.
