Tatina cara, ma che bei posti! Oltre al cottage, che è meraviglioso (e solo la foto della cucina mi manda in visibilio), ci sono dei posti stupendi, molto english, hai proprio ragione! E mi fa piacere che siate riusciti a divertirvi, rilassarvi e ad evadere dai problemi della vita quotidiana.Ora sono curiosa di sentire gli altri tuoi racconti e vedere il resto delle foto... a volte la corrispondenza a puntate uccide...dalla curiosità!

Ma sai bene che non dovrò aspettare a lungo per avere altri dettagli: se non me li scrivi tu vengo a sentirli direttamente dalla tua voce... perchè è giunto finalmente il momento di partire!! Mi sembra una vita fa quando decisi di prendere quei biglietti aerei per Manchester, quando nella speranza che venisse anche Ale, avevo viaggiato con la fantasia, progettando uscite a quattro made in UK. E invece alla fine mi tocca partire sola. Ma sai che non ho problemi a viaggiare senza compagnia: è risaputo che la sottoscritta riesce a fare quattro chiacchiere anche con i muri. E in questo caso vuoi che non trovi qualche passeggero amichevole con cui scambiare due parole durante il volo?Male che vada avrò sempre un bel romanzo ad accompagnarmi!
Ora, come ti avevo detto qualche tempo fa, io sono il tipo che le valigie le fa all'ultimo minuto. Ma non questa volta. Volendo partire con un bagaglio non troppo pesante, vorrei programmare l'abbigliamento giorno per giorno, come mi avevi suggerito tu prima della partenza per la Grecia: è un modo efficace per salvare spazio in valigia, così parto con la borsa mezza vuota, e posso tornare dopo averla riempita per bene!

Mi piace portare a casa ricordini di ogni genere: prima di tutto il magnetino per il frigo. L'anno scorso ne ho preso uno che con Manchester non c'entrava nulla e devo recuperare.Poi, visto che sarà pieno di mercatini natalizi ed i negozi saranno già addobbati per le feste, non mi sarà difficile trovare qualche regalino da consegnare nel giorno più festoso dell'anno.Spero solo che non mi si "attacchi" il solito paio di scarpe, altrimenti mio marito quando torno a casa mi sequestra bancomat e carta di credito!E mentre aspetto di stirare la montagna di vestiti che ho lavato nell'ultima settimana, e di decidere cosa portare con me, ho già sbrigato quasi tutte le altre doverose formalità:

• biglietto del treno: fatto
• acquisto sterline: fatto
• scorta di pappa per micio e marito: da fare la prossima settimana 
• check-in online: da fare il giorno prima della partenza, così mi risparmio tempo in aeroporto

E poi... non vedo l'ora di partireeeeeee!!

Tatina cara, you visited such wonderful places! Besides the cottage (and I must admit that only the kitchen pic would worth it!), the landscapes are beautiful, so English, as you said. And I'm also happy that you could enjoy your holiday, laughing, playing and escaping from the everyday life matters.Now I want you to tell me all the rest: want to see all the pics, to hear all what happened... sometimes written correspondence tends to kill... with curiosity!! :-)
However, you know very well that I won't wait too much: if you don't answer me in a few days... well... I'll be forced to come over and hear everything from your mouth! Oh, yes, it's time to leave, and next week I'll be leaving to join you in Manchester!When I think about the day when I bought the fly tickets, it seems so far! When I was dreaming about a love-trip with Ale, spending four days with you two, going out together, and doing what friends' couples usually do. But in the end I have to leave alone.Anyway, you know I don't care about travelling by myself: it's always a good chance to meet people, to chat with somebody new, and exchange opinions for a few hours. I'm a friendly person after all!And in case I don't find anyone as friendly as me... I'll have a book to read during the flight.

Well, as I told you some time ago, I usually pack up just one day before leaving, putting inside my bag all I can find, sometimes forgetting something...but not this time! Since I would like to leave quite "light", keeping some space in the luggage for souvenirs and presents, I'm planning my day-by-day apparel, as you suggested before leaving to Greece. I'm sure it'll work!
I love bringing home pieces of places I visited, like souvenirs and fridge magnets. I need a fridge magnet of Manchester: last year I bought one, but it hadn't nothing to do with the city. So... I need a new one!
Moreover, since Christmas is close, It'll be full of Christmas markets, decorations, etc. and it won't be difficult for me to find some gift to be deliverd in the most joyous day of the year.
The only kind of purchase I have to avoid is a pair of shoes, and I hope you'll help me to resist to such a temptation (or my husband's going to cut off all my credit and debit cards!).
So, while a big pile of clothes is waiting for me to be ironed (and be put on my bag), I've already got through my things-to-do list:

• to buy the train ticket : check
• to buy some sterlings : check
• To put in stock some food for both Ale and our cat, Leo: to be done this morning
• to check-in online: to be done one day before departure

And finally I'll be able to reach you!!!!!!
