Disponibile Virtualbox v. 4.0.6
In data odierna è stata rilasciata la nuova release Virtualbox v. 4.0.6. Gli utenti GNU/Linux possono ora sfruttare appieno i kernel più recenti grazie alsupporto decisamente miglioratoApplicazione Open Source per la virtualizzazione dei sistemi operativi . Il rilascio di questa versione è caratterizzata principalmente dalla correzione di 56 bug-fix e diverse migliorie che ne incrementano la stabilità e prestazioni della virtual machine.

Ricordiamo che VirtualBox è uno strumento professionale per la virtualizzazione dei sistemi operativi e da qualche tempo disponibile anche gratuitamente. Questa soluzione permette a chiunque di personalizzare facilmente le applicazioni in base alle proprie esigenze. Il programma permette l'installazione di tali sistemi come GNU/Linux, Mac OS X, Solaris, OpenBSD e se proprio ci tenete anche quella fetecchia di Uindoos.
