Gli Oscar 2016 hanno visto il trionfo del maestro Ennio Morricone, miglior colonna sonora per “The Hateful Eight” di Quentin Tarantino, e il trionfo di Leonardo Di Caprio che ha conquistato il suo agognato premio come miglior attore. Sui Social Media le conversazioni totali sono state 10 milioni, quasi tutte su Twitter.
C’era molta attesa per la Notte degli Oscar 2016 e i pronostici che giravano sul web e sui Social Media fino a poche ore dall’inizio della grande serata di Hollywood sono stati parzialmente confermati. Per quel che ci riguarda, la grande notizia è che il maestro Ennio Morricone ha ottenuto la sua prima statuetta della sua lunghissima carriera per la miglior colonna sonora per The Hateful Eight di Quentin Tarantino. Ma è stato anche il trionfo di Leonardo Di Caprio che conquista, finalmente, il suo agognato Oscar come miglior attore per il film The Revenant. E come sempre, grazie al supporto tecnico di Talkwalker, abbiamo visto come i Social Media hanno raccontato la diretta della premiazione numero 88 degli Oscars verificando che, dalle 8 di sera alle 8 del mattino successivo (ora italiana) le conversazioni totali sono state 10 milioni.
Nel nostro monitoraggio abbiamo preso in considerazione i tre hashtag più usati per la manifestazione, compreso quello ufficiale: #Oscars con 8,9 milioni di citazioni; #Oscar con 818 mila citazioni e #Oscar2016 con 196 mila citazioni.
Le conversazioni, come sempre accade in questi casi, si sono svolte per oltre il 99% su Twitter. Il picco della manifestazione si è ottenuto quando in Italia erano le 6 del mattino con 808 mila tweet, un momento tra la premiazione di Leonardo Di Caprio e l’annuncio del miglior film The Spotlight. Twitter comunque rileva che 404 mila sono stati i tweet alla nomina di Di Caprio, @LeonardoDiCaprio.
E come potete vedere, proprio nel momento di picco si registra il livello di sentiment più positivo della manifestazione, segno che i Social Media approvano.
Il 52,8% degli account sono donne, notare la loro presenza maggiore proprio nel momento di picco, gli uomini sono stati il 47,2%.
Ovviamente, a livello globale, il più citato tra i premiati è stato proprio Leonardo Di Caprio, vista la grande attesa che c’era per questa premiazione tante volte sfilatagli di mano proprio all’ultimo momento. Sommando le varie citazioni, tra hashtag e nome esteso o frazionato, supera le 2,9 milioni di citazioni.
