Visto che sul mio blog, parlo moltissimo di giovani fashion designer per far si che siano conosciuti il più possibile, perché hanno moltissimo talento, e visto che il mondo del web può fare questo e molto altro, ho deciso di utilizzare il mio blog anche come una sorta di vetrina per questi giovani, stamani vi voglio presentare una giovane fashion designer che realizza borse, assolutamente Made in Italy, sto parlando di ELENA CASATI!!
Elena, è una giovane donna che ha la passione per la moda sin da bambina, trasmessa grazie alla nonna, sarta di professione, che le ha insegnato ad amare questo mondo e ad avere tanta fantasia.
Ecco che ha inizio la storia di Elena Casati, un marchio, un'azienda che è in crescita giorno dopo giorno, con l'obiettivo di conquistare il pubblico femminile, con la sua creatività, la sua estrema cura e attenzione ai dettagli e al suo stile.
Il suo percorso nel mondo della moda ha inizio nel 2004, conseguito il diploma di geometra, decide di intraprendere gli studi di Fashion Designer presso l'Istituto Marangoni di Milano, studi conclusi nel 2008, in questo periodo lavora anche come commessa, un mestiere in cui ha capito moltissime cose, per esempio i desideri e i gusti dei consumatori.
La sua formazione, avviene grazie alle esperienze vissute lavorando nei vari uffici di stile, è cresciuta in aziende in cui ha avuto la fortuna di lavorare non solo nella sezione stilistica ma anche in quella grafica-pubblicitaria, di coordinamento fornitori, ordini ed agenti, e controllo di qualità di prototipi e produzione.
Si specializza nell'accessorio, durante il periodo lavorativo presso l'Atelier Fix Design, partendo prima come assistente d'ufficio fino ad arrivare a raggiungere il ruolo di responsabile di settore.
La sua avventura, ha inizio nel febbraio 2014, realizzando la prima linea di borse "Handmade in Italy" firmate Elena Casati.
Tutto ha inizio dalla scelta dei materiali, coordina preziosi jacquard con tessuti più grezzi, poi abbina passamanerie e metalleria di alta qualità italiana, all'esterno è applicata una placca cucita a mano con il logo inciso, e all'interno il marchio con etichetta tessuta in alta definizione.
Un'altra cosa molto importante, per quanto riguarda l'etica e il lavoro di Elena, è che lei non utilizza e mai utilizzerà capi con pellicce e pelli animali all'interno delle sue collezioni, di questo ne sono molto felice. Un impegno che ha siglato con l'Autocertificazione al Fur Free Retailer Program, in collaborazione con Lav (Lega Anti Vivisezione), si tratta di un programma nato allo scopo di promuovere politiche di commercio che rispettino i diritti degli animali, prima di tutto con l'eliminazioni di articoli che contengono pellicce di origine animale.
La creatività, la fantasia, la qualità e particolarità dei materiali, l'artigianalità italiana, lo stile personale, fanno si che la linea di Elena Casati sia fresca, nuova e unica nel suo genere.
Mi ha fatto molto ma molto piacere poter conoscere il lavoro di Elena, adoro la sua creatività, la sua dedizione al lavoro, e mi piace anche il fatto che porta avanti il nostro caro Made in Italy, e l'artigianalità italiana, selezionando per le sue creazioni solo materiali di ottima qualità.
