Hi beauties! Today is my birthday (yayyy)! So to celebrate I'm here with a new post!
The Effect Nails are part of the new Essence assortment for the autumn/winter. I have 2 jars out of 8, but I think a few more will come easily into my collection! I have 03- It Rains Money and 06- I'm Velvety.
The number 03 contains 8.5gr of product and the number 06 0.8gr.
03- It Rains Money
It's very similar to the Ciatè caviar manicure or the Pupa one, but I had never tried it because ten euros for a jar of tiny beads seemed exaggerated, luckily there is Essence.
As for the color, sometimes it seems silver, sometimes golden, it is a little odd, but I must say I really like it. I use them mostly individually, as if they were small studs and the result is very cute, but I used it also on the entire nail:
In the picture I did not have a polish silver underneath, so the effect is not the best, but with the polish underneath is really nice.
The wear time is not the best, but all the caviar manicures do not last very much, but I have to say that with a generous amount of top coat (Essence studio nails Better Than Gel Nails, Top Sealer) lasted more than two days without chipping.
It's a nice thing, to be used even if you have a night out or for the weekend and the color intrigues me very much!
06- I'm Velvety
I's a jar of micro fibers of a burgundy color not very dark, very nice for this season and when placed on the nail they give a "plush"effect very pleasant. The application is quite difficult, but slowly with the help of a brush you can spread it well.
The only downside is that it it does not last very much, I would say that after a few hours the fibers begin to come off and remain only a few hairs, the velvety feeling on the nail remains, but it seems to have ruined nail polish.

Gli Effect Nails fanno parte del nuovo assortimento di Essence per l'autunno/inverno di quest'anno. Io ho due barattolini su 8, ma credo che un altro paio non faticheranno ad entrare nella mia collezione! Quelli che ho sono il numero 03- It Rains Money e il numero 06- I'm Velvety.

03- It Rains Money
E' molto simile alla caviar manicure di Ciatè o di Pupa, ma non l'avevo mai provata perchè dieci euro per un barattolino minuscolo di perline mi semrava esagerato, per fortuna ci pensa Essence.
Per quanto riguarda il colore, a volte sembra argentato, altre volte dorato, è un po' strano, ma devo dire che mi piace molto. Più che altro le utilizzo singolarmente, come se fossero piccole borchie e il risultato è molto carino, sopra ho inserito una foto dove le uso su tutta l'unghia.
La tenuta non è delle migliori, ma tutte le caviar manicure non durano moltissimo, basta che si alzi una pallina all'angolo e parte tutta la nail art, però devo dire che con una generosa passata di top coat (Essence studio nails Better Than Gel Nails, Top Sealer) è durata più di due giorni senza scheggiarsi.
Nella foto sopra non avevo uno smalto argentato sotto, quindi l'effetto non è dei migliori, ma con lo smalto argentato o bianco che fa da base è veramente bello.
E' una cosa carina, da utilizzare magari se si ha una serata fuori o per il fine settimana e il colore mi intriga molto!
06- I'm Velvety
Sono micro fibre di colore rosso bordeaux non scurissimo, molto bello per questa stagione e quando messe sull'unghia danno un'effetto "peluche" molto piacevole. L'applicazione direi che è abbastanza faticosa, ma piano piano con l'aiuto di un pennellino si riesce a stendere bene.
L'unica pecca è che non dura moltissimo, anzi direi che dopo poche ore le fibre cominciano a staccarsi e rimangono solo alcuni peletti; la sensazione vellutata sull'unghia rimane, ma alla vista sembra di portare dello smalto rovinato.
