Fluo Colors,...waiting for spring

Terminate le feste, si torna a studiare, a lavorare…insomma, alla vita di tutti i giorni.
E’ dura riprendere la routine,  il lunedì mattina, come ogni settimana…ma dopo un lungo periodo di pausa, è ancora peggio !
Almeno la giornata con il sole, fa risollevare i livelli di melatonina nel corpo….e ci dà un piccolo aiutino all’umore!
 Altro espediente che mi aiuta molto nelle giornate più grigie…..è la color terapia….colori vivaci, fluorescenti o pastello, sulla mia pelle….Oggi la mia maglia rosa fluorescente ed il pantalone  jeggins, coloratissimo, mi sono di grande aiuto…
Non è il massimo della sobrietà,  ma ogni tanto è bello anche essere “sopra le righe”, e non prendersi troppo sul serio! Buona settimana ragazze
The holidays finished, it's back to study, to work ... in short, to the life of every day.
It 's hard to resume on Monday morning, like every week ... but after a long time, it's even worse!
At least the day with the sun, does raise the levels of melatonin in the body .... and gives us a little help mood!
  Another trick that helps me a lot ,when the weather is gray ..... is the color therapy .... brightly colored, fluorescent or pastel colors on my skin .... Today my fluorescent pink shirt and the jeggins, colorful, gives me a great help ...
It is the ultimate in simplicity, but sometimes it's nice to be "over the top", and do not take themselves too seriously! Have a great week ,girls !
