Golden Gala: la mia classifica #1 / Golden Gala in Rome

Fairplay rules at Golden Gala

Mi sono davvero divertita al Golden Gala, così tanto che ho deciso di creare una personale classifica di quello che ho apprezzato di più e di meno a partire dal N0 10, che è la mia scelta migliore.

Questa è la classifica dalla posizione 10 alla 6. Qui la seconda parte con le posizioni dalla 5 allo 0 (sì, c’è anche lo zero).

10 – Usain Bolt. Scelta imprevedibile, no? Un grande showman con un tempo incredibile: 9″76, capito? Un ragazzo simpatico di 26 anni realmente in grado di esaltare la folla. Una vera e propria rockstar, di brutto.

9 – Le 50.077 persone dell’Olimpico. Una roba enorme. L’atletica è il terzo sport in Italia per quanto riguarda il pubblico, dopo il calcio e il rugby. Vedere così tante persone farsi coinvolgere dal mio amato sport significa davvero molto per me.

8 – Felix Sanchez. É caduto nel rettilineo finale, che peccato. Nessuno in Italia – su siti, blog e giornali – hanno menzionato il fatto che sia caduto. Felix Sanchez è una leggenda, e si merita una menzione speciale sempre, anche quando cade.

7 – I ragazzini accanto a me. Giocano a tennis – mi hanno detto – e non avevano mai partecipato ad un evento di atletica leggera. Ho passato la maggior parte del tempo a spiegare loro come funzionano le discipline. E non mi sono mai sentita così a mio agio con dei bambini.

6 – Il mio fidanzato. Lui mi ama così tanto che gli è presa anche a lui la scimmia per l’atletica. Ho però iniziato ad avere qualche dubbio a riguardo, ad essere onesti, non appena ha visto quelle del salto triplo. Credo che ami le ragazze del triplo e non tutta l’atletica, ma pazienza: la cosa bella è che mi ha detto che gli è venuta di nuovo voglia di tornare a correre. Ecco come funziona l’atletica ;)

I really enjoyed the Golden Gala, so that I decided to make a little chart about what I appreciated the most and what I didn’t, starting from the N0 10, which is my favourite choice. This is the first part of the chart, from the position N0 10 to 6. Here the second part from position 5 to 0 - yep, there is the zero as well.

10 – Usain Bolt. Not unpredictable at all. A great showman with an amazing time: 9″76, what the hell! A very nice 26-years-old boy who is really able to entertain the crowd. A real rockstar, he is definitely a rockstar.

9 – The 50.077 people at the Olimpico. That’s huge. Athletics is the third sport in Italy concerning the audience, after football and rugby. Seeing so many people getting involved by my beloved sport means a lot for me.

8 – Felix Sanchez. He fell on the final straight, too bad. No one in Italy – on websites, blogs and newspapers – mentioned him and his fall. Felix Sanchez is a legend, and he deserves a special mention even when he falls.

7 – The kids next to me. They play tennis and they have never attended an athletics event. I spent most of the time explaining them how the disciplines work. And I have never feel myself so comfortable with kids.

6 – My fiancé. He loves me so much that he began loving athletics too. I had some doubt about that, to be honest, as soon as he saw the triple jump female athletes. I think he loves the women triple jump instead of the whole athletics, but whatever – the great thing is that he says he has the will to run again. That’s how athletics works ;)
