Buongiorno mondo!
Eccoci pronti per dare inizio a The Travel Eater : il blog dedicato ai viaggiatori di buon gusto (in tutti i sensi).
Io sono Costanza Saglio e tra le tante cose che amo, troneggia il viaggiare. Ricordo quando ero piccola, mia mamma (citando il nonno) mi chiedeva cosa avrei fatto anche gratis nella mia vita, così da aiutarmi a scegliere cosa "fare da grande". E io ho sempre pensato: semplicemente viaggiare. E così ho sempre cercato di viaggiare il più e il meglio possibile. Per 'meglio' intendo con un certo spirito - che è ciò che spero di trasmettere con questo blog: fare esperienza di un viaggio è anche vivere le abitudini, scoprire i sapori, studiare la luce del luogo e andare a caccia di punti di vista - come impone la fotografia.
'The Travel Eater' è un'idea nata nell'estate 2011 e che credo ora possa finalmente prendere vita.
Quello che vorrei fare è postare, il più frequentemente possibile, recensioni, segnalazioni, consigli a proposito posti interessanti in cui mi sono imbattuta in giro per il mondo. Il tutto attraverso alcuni dei miei scatti (di cui vi chiederò spietati pareri). Ma ogni cosa a suo tempo: nei primi giorni spiegherò poco per volta quello che c'è da spiegare.

We are ready to start 'The Travel Eater': a blog dedicated to globe-trotters of taste (in all meanings).
I'm Constaza and among the many thing I love, traveling towers. I remember when I was little, my mom (quoting my grandfather) wondered me what I would do for free in my life to help me to decide what to 'do when I grow'. I always thought: simply traveling. And so I always tried to travel as much as possible and in the best way I could. For 'best way' I mean with a certain spirit - which is what I hope to convey you by this blog: to have experience of a journey means to live the habits, to savor the flavors, to study the light of the place and hunting new point of view - as photography imposes.
'The Travel Eater' is an idea born in the summer of 2011 and I think now it can finally come to life.
What I want to do is to post as often as possible reviews, reports and about interesting places where I've come across around the world.  All this is conducted through some of my shots (of which I will ask you pitiless opinions). But we'll deal with it in due course: in the first period I'll explain everything little by little.

ps: vi prego di scusarmi, so che il mio inglese non è perfetto, ma spero di migliorarlo col tempo. Vi sarò grata ogni volta che mi segnalerete errori o imprecisioni. "The travel eater" è un blog a proposito di viaggi, e pertanto, vuole evitare assolutamente di creare barriere linguistiche (o di altro tipo) che impediscano la sua accessibilità e comprensibilità più o meno ovunque. Il web ha potenzialità che credo non vadano sprecate. Spero quindi che sarete clementi con me e che comprenderete il motivo per cui non ho rinunciato a scrivere in entrambe le lingue nonostante il mio livello non sia eccellente.
