Last Saturday I was invited to Rome at the presentation of the new line of caftans made by Katherine Kelly Lang, the actress who plays Brooke Logan on the popular tv series called ‘the bold and the beautiful’. The interpreter presented her creations exclusively in Italy live on the shopping channel HSE24, a real event for loyal customers but not only.In occasione del lancio la bellissima attrice ha spiegato di tenere molto a questo progetto nato tre anni fa e che le sta dando grandi soddisfazioni. Ho avuto modo di domandarle com'è nata l'idea e da dove partono le sue ispirazioni, Kelly mi ha risposto con la sua estrema gentilezza che la madre aveva un negozio in California e da piccola la aiutava nella scelta degli abiti, così da subito ha capito la rilevanza dei tessuti e delle lavorazioni. Da sempre sensibile all'importanza per una donna di avere nell'armadio un indumento comodo ma super femminile ha pensato al caftano, un capo che ha sempre amato: estivo ed estremamente versatile.
The beautiful actress explained how much she is fond of this project that started three years ago and that is giving her great satisfaction. I asked her how the idea started and from where her inspirations come from, Kelly told me with her extreme kindness that when she was a child she used to help her mother, who a had a shop in California, in the choice of clothes, so she quickly understood the importance of fabrics and manufactures. Always sensitive to the importance for a woman to have a comfortable but super feminine garment in the closet she chose the caftan, a piece of clothing that she has always loved: ideal for summer and extremely versatile.
