I'm in love with...lipstick!!

Hi beauties! Today it's the last day of the month and here I am with the first post of the "I'm in love with..." series, created by Rey in Wonderland (see links above).

The "I'm in love" product of September is lipstick. 

Avrei voluto scrivere un post molto più ricco di immagini, ma purtroppo ho il cellulare a riparare e non ho possibilità di fare foto in altri modi, quindi per questo mese vi dovete accontentare! :)

Il rossetto del quale mi sono innamorata nel mese di Settembre è Relentlessly Red di Mac (€ 19,00)
Fa parte della linea permanente ed è un Retro Matte. Amo i Retro Matte di Mac perché sono completamente opachi ma morbidissimi, non seccano le labbra e sono molto facili da applicare, proprio perché cremosi.
Lipstick I've fallen in love this month is Mac Relentlessly Red. It is part of the permanent line and it is a Retro Matte. I love Retro Matte lipsticks because they're completely mat but really smooth, they don't dry lips and you can apply them easily.

Come vedete dalla foto è un rosso su base fuxia, io lo definirei un amarena come colore. Lo trovo meraviglioso, perché non è il classico fuxia freddo e nemmeno un rosso puro. Penso che si sposi bene con i miei colori: ho la carnagione chiara, i capelli castani e gli occhi azzurri.
As you can see in the picture is a red on a fuchsia base, I would define it a black cherry color. I think it's gorgeous because it's not a classic cool fuschsia and neither a pure red. I think it suits well my colors: I have a fair complexion, brown hair and blue eyes.
Ed ora vediamo il look che ho pensato per questo rossetto:

Essendo un rossetto piuttosto "impegnativo" , ho pensato ad un look luminoso ma molto molto semplice, per lasciare a lui la parte da protagonista (e direi che se la merita tutta!!). As it's a bold lipstick I thought that the rest of the face should have looked simple, so that it could be the leading actor.
VISO/FACE: ho creato una base leggera con una BB cream, ho coperto le imperfezioni con un correttore illuminante e applicato la terra in punti strategici come l'attaccatura dei capelli, sotto lo zigomo e lungo la mandibola per dare un'aria sana ma non troppo abbronzata. Ho poi applicato un blush rosato e pettinato e fissato le sopracciglia con un gel trasparente. Non ho usato cipria se non appena sulla zona T dove tendo a lucidarmi per lasciare la pelle più luminosa, dato che è un look pensato per la sera quindi non deve durare 12 ore o più.I created a light base with a BB cream, I covered imperfections with a radiant concealer and I applied bronzer in some strategic areas as forehead, jaw line and under the cheek bones in order to look healthy but not too bronzed. Then I applied a pink blush and set the brows with a clear gel. I did not use powder but a tiny little bit on the T zone, because it's an evening look and it has not to last 12 hours or more.
OCCHI/EYES: ho steso un primer per far aderire meglio l'ombretto in crema che ho scelto di applicare, un color champagne con qualche riflesso dorato. Ho tracciato una riga sottilissima di eyeliner liquido e applicato tanto mascara, per dare un'aria un po' drammatica, quasi retrò.I applied a primer and a creamy eyeshadow, a champagne with some hint of gold. I traced a thin line with a liquid liner and applied a lot of mascara to give some drama.
LABBRA/LIPS: ho contornato le labbra con una matita simile al rossetto e successivamente ho ovviamente applicato Relentlessly Red. Normalmente non uso matite per le labbra, ma quando metto dei rossetti scuri preferisco tracciare un contorno in modo da non fare errori e non far sbavare il rossetto.I contoured my lips with a lip liner similar to my lipstick and then I applied Relentlessly Red. I do not usually use lip liners but when I wear dark lipsticks I prefer to line my lips because by this way I avoid mistakes and my lisptick stays in place.
