Last night i wanted to prepare some codfish (frozen) in the oven, but i wanted something new since usually i added just some herbs. Therefore, observing what i had in the kitchen, i created a very tasty recipe! I took then a box of Alaska koolvis (pollack, the same often used for the classic breaded fishsticks) divided in 4 slices and i put them in a baking tin covered with baking paper. I started preheating the oven at 200° and meanwhile on their surface i brushed some olive oil, then i sprayed a little of lime juice. Then i added salt, pepper, some dill leaves, a little of chopped basil and garlic powder. Before putting in the oven i sprinkled on top breadcrumbs and sesame seeds, then i baked for 25 minutes and there we had our dinner! I liked a lot the mix of flavors, so another successful experiment! Do you have your own way to prepare baked codfish? Kisses!
