La Farnese-Selle Italia colpita da un virus al Giro del Trentino

Inizia nel peggiore dei modi l’avventura del Team Farnese Vini Selle Italia al Giro del Trentino: dopo aver concluso la prima Tappa il Team giallo – fluo è stato dimezzato da una brutta forma virale.Forti dolori allo stomaco e continuo senso di nausea: sono questi i sintomi accusati da Roberto De Patre, Leonardo Giordani e Rafael Andriato al rientro in albergo al termine della Tappa inaugurale del Giro del Trentino, la cronosquadre da Riva del Garda ad Arco di Trento. I tre atleti, già nell’immediato dopo-gara, hanno palesato i tipici sintomi di un virus intestinale che, con tutta probabilità, ne condizionerà il rendimento in vista delle prossime tappe.

Dei tre atleti colpiti soltanto il giovane Rafael Andriato dovrebbe provare a prendere il via alla 2^ Tappa in programma domani, da Mori a Sant’Orsola Terme. Tuttavia, vista la debilitazione e le precarie condizione fisiche, lo staff medico del Team giallo-fluo non intende sbilanciarsi ulteriormente.

La decisione spetterà soprattutto al corridore che, una volta valutata attentamente la propria condizione, deciderà se prendere o meno il via della Tappa.
