Le Fatteincasa: Scrambler Ian

I have been inspired by the bikes I see on yours and other European websites; I love your modern interpretation of cafe racers, and have tried to replicate some of your style here in England.
Main modifications are as follows:
Wheels replaced with wider anodised alloy rims c/w 110/80x19 and 150/70x17 Avon Distanzia tyres.
Ikon rear suspension units, which are slightly longer to give sharper steering.
Progressive front fork springs.
EBC fully floating front disc.
Mudguards removed and replaced with MAS Engineering black anodised front fender and rear fender eliminator.
Renthal handlebars, with Oberon mirror.
Speedo replaced with Acewell digital unit, which contains all warning lights and gives me a rev counter as well.
Oberon indicators.
Mototwin seat.
Zard exhaust, larger main jets and AI removed.
I'm very pleased with the result, and there's not much else I would change, except for USD forks perhaps!
