Noi siamo andati una prima volta comprando solo dei macarons - il dolce tipico parigino. Come saprete, pur essendo molto diffusi, non è così semplice trovare macarons veramente buoni. Beh non vi sto a dire che erano davvero squisiti - al punto che non ci siamo lasciati sfuggire l'occasione di tornare.

We went for the first time just buying some macaroons - the typical Parisian cookie. As you know, even if they are very popular, it's not so easy to find really good macaroons. Well, it's not necessary to say that they were really delicious! As we like it so much, we have not missed the opportunity to return.

E la seconda volta è stato per fermarci, pendere un tè e degustare qualche prelibatezza che così promettente si affacciava a noi dalle vetrine dell'atelier.

The second time we stay to havea tea and taste some delicious and so promising sweet that was facing us from the windows of the atelier.

L'ambiente, poi, è accogliente e ricercato. Anche la sala sembra una delle creazioni di Audrey: rosa e lilla, piena di tentazioni e oggetti simpatici e particolari (come il contenitore per zucchero sui tavoli e il lavandino decorato a mo' di pianoforte - quest'ultimo, però, non l' ho fotografato).
In addiction, the room is cozy and refined. It seems one of Audrey's creations: pink and lilac, full of temptations and nice and special items (as the containers for sugar on the tables and the sink decorated like a piano - but I didn't take photo of this one).

Non solo pasticceria tradizionale, ma anche cake design! Potete vedere infatti sulla loro pagina FB tutte le creazioni relative a questa arte che si sta diffondendo sempre di più.
Pacchi regalo, bambole, scarpe, borsette di Chanel e prati in fiore: in realtà solo zucchero, glassa, pan di spagna e tutte le prelibatezze che posso fare di una torta una vera scultura!

Not only traditional cakes, but cake design! You can see on their FB page all the creations made by this art that is becoming more and more famous.
Gift packs, dolls, shoes, Chanel handbags and meadows in bloom: all made of sugar, icing, sponge cake and all the delicacies that can transform a cake in a sculpture!

Ma torno a noi: abbiamo scelto due tè dalla ricca lista (un darjeeling e uno aromatizzato agli agrumi), mini cupcakes al cioccolato e una fetta di torta davvero strepitosa con crema pasticcera, fragole, mele cotte a quadretti e con una crosta che pareva la torta sbrisolona mantovana. Un sogno per golosi e buon gustai!
(sì avevamo fame, mbè? :P )
But I come back telling about us: we have chosen two teas from their rich list (a darjeeling and another one citrus flavored), mini chocolate cupcakes and a slice of a really amazing cake with custard, strawberry, cooked apple and with a crust that looked like the sbrisolona cake from Mantua.
A dream for gourmands and gourmets!
(yes we were hungry, so what?:P)
