Linux ID Card Generator Released

I am happy to announce that we have just released the “Linux ID Card Generator”, a simple page where you can create your own ID card for real geek to use in forums, on your sites if you’re a blogger, or wherever you want. Linux ID Card Generator has been created by me, Alessandro Lanave with Andrea Micarelli collaboration.

Currently, templates that have been added for the following distributions:

  • Ubuntu
  • Kubuntu
  • Ubuntu Studio
  • Xubuntu
  • Fedora
  • Mandriva
  • Debian
  • Suse
  • Arch Linux

However, if you want you can create new templates for other distributions so that I can add them to the generator.
Using the Linux ID Card Generator is very easy:

  2. fill in the form with the information you want printed on the ID card
  3. choose your photo or avatar
  4. click “generate” button

If you want to add your id card to the slideshow that runs in the bottom you have just to click on (+).

You can access to Linux ID Card Generator from this link.
