Abbiamo risposto in più di 30 all'appello di Luciano Belloni e nonostante l'ora legale ci siamo ritrovati puntuali sulle sponde del Lago d'Iseo per pagaiare in compagnia e per partecipare alle Iniziative Oceaniche.
Siamo partiti che c'era un bel vento teso, ma nel risalire lungo il versante orientale di Mont'Isola abbiamo trovato il sole. La pausa pranzo, invece, è stata interrotta da un primo scroscio d'acqua ed abbiamo dovuto sospendere il banchetto di torte al cioccolato innaffiato di liquori di liquirizia perchè si stava bagnando tutto. In mezzo al lago, poi, abbiamo incrociato per qualche minuto un vero e proprio acquazzone e si è di nuovo alzato il vento, così Luciano ha deciso di farci costeggiare ancora Mont'Isola per rimanere ridossati. All'arrivo, invece, è spuntato un bel sole caldo che ci ha fatto riprendere le libagioni, ridendo e scherzando in maniche di camicia... una gran bel raduno di inizio stagione!

Last Sunday we have had a strange weather on Iseo Lake: it was an ordinary March day and here in Italy we usually say that March is a crazy month, when there is the sun than you need the umbrella. We were more than 30 kayakers to join Luciano Belloni and the Ocean Initiatives Day and we were very happy to paddle all together around the lake. But we have had strong wind at the beginning, light shower at lunch time, when we had to stop to eat chocolate cakes and to drink liquorice liqueur because of the rain, then a little thunderstorm when we paddled in the center of the lake. So we modified the route and paddled again near Mont'Isola, the biggest inhabited lake island in Europe, and when we came back to the start we finally had a hot brighting sun: a perfect moment to finish cakes and liquorice liqueurs! Thanks to all for the wonderful spring meeting!
