Masterclass di improvvisazione jazz con Andrea Marcelli ad Alba (CN).

La masterclass di musica d`insieme con specializzazione batteria e sezione ritmica, ma aperta a tutti i musicisti, fa parte del Milleunanota Summer Camp, in programma dal 6 al 12 luglio ad Alba (CN).
I costi della partecipazioni alla masterclass sono di 90 euro.
ANDREA MARCELLI batterista e compositore residente a Berlino dal 2001, dopo aver vissuto dodici anni tra Los Angeles e New York. Marcellli ha portato le sue musiche con successo in 5 continenti, registrato decine di albums anche con importanti etichette come la Verve/PolyGram.
Ha collaborato con musicisti del calibro di Wayne Shorter, David Liebman, Bob Mintzer, Allan Holdsworth, Markus Stockhausen, Eddie Gomez, Don Menza, Eberhard Weber e molti altri. Due sue composizioni sono incluse nel The European Real Book. Circa 200 sue composizioni sono state registrate.

Nel 1989 parte per gli USA dove rimane 12 anni tra Los Angeles e New York. Dal 2001 si trasferisce a Berlino dove è tuttora residente. Nel 2005 è invitato a New York dalla Art of Life Records per registrare il suo ultimo CD BEYOND THE BLUE che esce in USA e con la 55 Records in Giappone, e con la BHM Music in Europa con Eddie Gomez, Bob Mintzer e Mike Stern.
Nel 2012 esce in Europa e nel resto del mondo il suo nuovo CD "Sundance" con la Storyville Records, era uscito nel 2008 in Giappone.
