Chaser 3 -Alex grew up his whole life in the foster system, so as the group of friends came together he was always seen as the leader of the group. Being the oldest had it’s perks and it’s downfalls.Zander (Chaser 1) was never fully ok with Alex being the leader, but since everybody else went along with it he felt like he had to too. After the experiment Alex and Zander seemingly came out with the same powers, tentacles and all.  The difference being that Alex can only steal one power at a time, but he can use that power for as long as he wants.
