Nothing Like This di Craig David e Blonde

Craig David in collaborazione con il duo di deejay britannici è la voce maschile del nuovo singolo "Nothing Like This" uscito venerdì 18 marzo 2016.

Da un lato abbiamo un duo di deejay britannici, i Blonde, che stanno collezionando un successo dopo un altro, dopo i singoli " All Cried Out (feat. Alex Newell)" e " Feel Good (It's Alright)" lanciati nel 2015. Dall'altro abbiamo Craig David, ritornato a cantare dopo un silenzio durato più di cinque anni, un silenzio che si è interrotto soltanto qualche mese fa grazie alla sua partecipazione nel singolo "Who Am I", in collaborazione con Katy B e Major Lazer.

L'influenza dei Blonde è tipicamente "Made in UK", con uno stile inconfondibile che potremmo definire ormai classico, nel quale si sono già avventurati anni prima i Freemasons e più recentemente i Disclosure con un notevole successo.

"Nothing Like This" è il brano che porta i Blonde su un livello più alto rispetto ai singoli precedenti, grazie soprattutto alla presenza vocal di Craig David, un nome sicuramente ben noto allo scenario internazionale. Forse per il duo britannico questa potrebbe rappresentare l'occasione per arrivare a un pubblico ancora più ampio e raggiungere una maturità sonora che li porterebbe a definire un proprio stile più personale.
