Otium Gear: SmartWatch per tutte le tasche

Abbiamo già parlato le scorse settimane di Otium, una piccola azienda che si sta facendo spazio nel mercato grazie a dispositivi curati a prezzi accessibili. Oggi vi mostriamo lo SmartWatch Gear di Otium, un buon SmartWatch ad un prezzo nettamente inferiore ai 100 euro.

Questo non è lo SmartWatch Gear di Samsung, ma piuttosto un modello prodotto da un’azienda cinese che vende smartphone ed indossabili, Otium. L’Otium Gear è in vendita presso i maggiori rivenditori ad un prezzo che si aggira intorno ai 60/70 euro; concorrente diretto di un altro SmartWatch, No1. G2, che abbiamo avuto modo di presentarvi qualche settimana fa.

Il corpo del Gear è costruito in lega metallica, un display a colori da 1,5 pollici con un comodo cinturino da polso in gomma e funziona con smartphone iOS, Android e Blackberry.

È interessante notare che l’Otium Gear, in realtà, non ha bisogno di uno smartphone per essere pienamente funzionamente, ha di fatto lo slot per la scheda SD, lo slot per la SIM (chiamate GSM) e una fotocamera da 1,3 mega-pixel. La batteria da 380mAh, afferma Otium, può garantire fino a 80 ore in standby e 90 minuti di conversazione continua.
