Patate al forno alla "Hasselback" / Hasselback potatoes recipe
Ingredienti:
patate
timo
sale, pepe nero
burro
Procedimento:
Lavare le patate e affettarle senza arrivare in fondo a circa 5 mm di distanza.
Metterle in una teglia con della carta forno, spennellarle di burro, salare e pepare e metterle in forno per mezz'ora a 210°C.
Toglierle dal forno, spennellarle di nuovo rimettere in forno per altri 30/40 minuti.
Cospargere di timo e servire calde.

Method:
Wash and dry the potatoes and cut slits in the potatoes, leaving the bottom intact.
Arrange the potatoes in a baking dish lined with greaseproof paper, brush them all over with melted butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake at 410°F for 30 about minutes. Remove the pan from oven and brush the potatoes again with butter. Bake another 30 minutes until the potatoes are crispy. Dust with thyme and serve immediately.
