Pelle e capelli al sole: come proteggerli? - Skin and hair under the sun: how to protect them?

Tra una settimana parto per le tanto sognate vacanze, la Sardegna e la Puglia mi aspettano e la domanda di rito è: quest'anno che solari prendo?

Negli ultimi anni ho cambiato radicalmente il mio modo di pensare in merito, non sono più tanto interessata a diventare marrone per poi spelarmi 4 giorni dopo la fine delle vacanze ma piuttosto ad avere un bel colorito uniforme, che duri il più a lungo possibile facendo in modo che la mia pelle non si danneggi.Quindi, mentre a 19 anni sono andata alle Maldive con la protezione 4, ora a 30 non prendo meno della 15 per il corpo e la 30 per il viso (le rughe ragazze sono tremende....arrivano quando meno te l'aspetti!)Oltre al lato estetico, vorrei farvi riflettere 2 secondi anche sulla nostra salute, purtroppo il sole è sempre più dannoso e anche i tumori alla pelle aumentano ogni anno e sono tra i più infami.

Quindi proteggetevi tanto e datevi la crema spesso! 

Ecco i solari che ho scelto per quest'anno: LA PRAIRIE. 

Sono un pò cari, lo so, ma ho preferito fare un regalo alla mia pelle piuttosto che ai miei piedi, per i saldi. Tra i sandali al 50% e un colorito sano e invidiabile, ha vinto la seconda!

In a week I leave for the much-dreamed holidays, Sardinia and Puglia are expecting me , and the usual question is: this year which solar I'll get?
In recent years I radically changed my way of thinking about, I'm not  so interested to turn brown and strip all my skin 4 days after the end of the holidays, but rather to have a nice uniform color, which lasts as long as possible with any damage for my skin.
So, while when I was 19 I went to the Maldives with protection 4, now at 30 I do not take less than 15 for the body and 30 for the face (wrinkles girls are terrible .... come when you least expect it! )
In addition to the aesthetic side, I would make you think 2 seconds even on our health, unfortunately, the sun is always more harmful and even skin cancer is increasing every year and are among the most infamous (create metastases very quickly).So protect yourself and give yourself the cream very often!
