In the distant winter of 2011 we were invited to take part in the fantastic Pimp my lil’ sneakers project by our dear friends Le Funkymamas and having given you some clues just before Christmas, now we can finally reveal the Lovers pimped shoes!
But it’s not just us… a total of 10 super creatives came on board for this project and each turned a normal pair of sneakers into something much more exciting, all in support of Fairtrade Italia.
The Fairtrade Foundation really needs no introduction and we are delighted to have been involved in this project.
You can get involved too! All 10 pairs of mega pimped sneakers will be for sale online on The Kidsboutik as of next Wednesday 9th May. All proceeds go to Fairtrade Italia and it just goes to show that even buying shoes can make a difference!
