Non inganni la parola fantasia, nella pizza di Pizza Fantasy non c'è solo quella. L'impasto la rende sottile e croccante come se fosse un cuscino ergonomico adagiato sulla vostra lingua. Riuscirete a distinguere tutti i sapori grazie alla qualità delle materie prime e, evidentemente, alla cura che il personale mette nel proprio lavoro. romani, in realtà si tratta del ponte dell'Industria), oggi un quartiere in fermento grazie al restyling, all'università Roma Tre e ai tanti locali nuovi che si sfidano a colpi di originalità (Ex. Porto Fluviale o Borgo della Marchesa). Sito in via Enrico Fermi alcuni metri prima di un'altra ottima pizza, quella di Acquolina (da noi ampiamente recensita). Abbiamo assaggiato due pizze in particolare: funghi salsiccia e provola con una spruzzata di pepe nero e puntarelle con acciughe. La prima si gusta calda con la provola fusa a ricoprire la salsiccia e i funghi; dal sapore deciso, coinvolge l'intero palato. La pizza puntarelle e acciughe(abbinamento tipicamente romano, non lo scopriamo certo noi) si può apprezzare anche fredda, anzi, forse è proprio a temperatura ambiente che ne viene esaltato il carattere.

La musica può avere il gusto agrodolce e la freschezza dell'incontro puntarelle-acciughe. Sappiamo quanto sia difficile trasmutare le sensazioni del palato nelle vibrazioni musicali che fanno fremere la pelle. Fabrizio de Andrè ci viene in soccorso. Dal suo animo creativo nacque "La ballata dell'amore cieco", una poesia dal ritmo irridente e scanzonato in un contrasto mai chiuso ma quasi parallelo al testo. Non possiamo che invitarvi a sentire con la pelle questa lirica e sentita canzone mentre masticate con l'umore e la fantasia la pizza puntarelle-acciughe.

It's no joke if we say that, if you follow our piece of advice, you would probably think that we have some kind of agreement with the Marconi area and we get paid to promote them. We have spent already a few words on how many great pizza shops there are here - one for all - still, everytime we try to switch in favour of another district, we end up writing about our last, excellent discover in this area. It is, indeed, closed to where we live, but it also one of the most developed areas in Rome, thanks to the Roma Tre University nearby and a general laid-down atnosphere that we happen to be fond of. We also love the fact that, no matter what time it is, you will always find a place to relax, to eat or to drink only, plus, some of the new bars and restaurants are really something worthy a try. Think of the new "multiexperience" space Porto Fluviale, for instance: impossible to define, it's something between a night club, a restaurant, a pizzeria, and a pub... Or possibly none of them.
New discovers, we said. Here we are with another one. As you know, we prefer to review shops that have something new, or original, to offer, and the name of this shop, Pizza Fantasy, was too promising to leave it behind. Promises are not only promises. Pizza provola, funghi e salsiccia was good, a wintery combo boosted by a touch of freshly grated black pepper. But our no.1 is the puntarelle one, something we've never seen before. How Roman it is! We swear, there's no way to eat puntarelle elsewhere in Italy. Wikipedia can give you details about what they are, but as for the taste, you have to trust us and just... try. A crunchy texture, a refreshing, mild, bitterish taste, enriched by the savoury strong flavour of anchovies on the sweetness of tomato. It is an exclusive wintery pizza, as puntarelle are sold only between December and February, but if you are around here by this time, please stop and taste this unusual pizza. And do not forget: puntarelle salad is to be found even in restaurants! 

The perfect soundtrack: bittersweet as a puntarelle pizza is this song by the never forgotten Fabrizio De André. Bittersweet as love is.
