Eccoci con il penultimo appuntamento come tester Exquisa, oggi vi propongo una SUPER "pizza": ROSA, perché nell'impasto c'è la barbabietola, gli ingredienti sopra rimandano ad un bel PRATO FIORITO e il formaggio fresco ha un delicato sapore di latte che lega tutti gli ingredienti insieme. Inutile dire che già l'impasto sorprenderà i vostri ospiti, sopratutto quelli più piccoli, mentre i fiori uniti all'insalata faranno il resto ne sono convinta. Le note dolci della barbabietola bilanciano il gusto piccante dei garofani in un tripudio di colori e portano in tavola già un po' di PRIMAVERA, come resistere?!? Here it is another recipe as a Exquisa tester, today I will introduce you my super "pizza": it's PINK cause there is beetroot inside, the topping reminds to a BLOOMING GRASS and the milky creamy flavor Of the cheese makes everything soft and smooth in your mouth.
Hard to believe how this pink dough can't catch attention, especially from your youngest guests, but I'm sure even the little blossoms and the green salad will nicely surprise as well.
The sweet taste of the beetroot contrasts perfectly with the spicy carnations and create a wonderful early SPRING atmosphere on your table, how to resist?
