Pronte , partenza, via! con il mio total outif Asics sono pronta per iniziare con un super allenamento

Buon giorno ragazze,

oggi per tantissime di noi sarà giornata di rientro, rientro al lavoro, in univeristà, a scuola , in palestra…dopo tanti giorni di relax tocca tornare ad essere operative.

Per sgranchirmi un pò ed essere pronta fisicalmente ( e mentalmente) ho deciso di fare una corsetta vicino al laghetto di Sartirana. Complice il sole che tramontava è l’outfit total Asics direi che queste foto sono favolose!
Oltre ad essere favolose le foto mi sono anche trovata perfettamente pronta per il mio primo allenamento dell’anno grazie ad Asics. Prima di tutto il tessuto MotionTherm mi ha fatto sentire alla grande poiche garantisce calore e confort quando la temperatura estrena è particolarmente rigida; non ho avuto alcun problema di freddo ed in più grazie all’assenza di cuciture ed alla morbidezza del tessuto mi sono sentita perfettamente a mio agio nei movimenti!

Ai miei piedi la nuovissima GT 2000 3. Questa running è dotata di un’intersuola FluidRide™ 2.0 composta da 2 strati ammortizzati, che ne migliorano il comfort e il sostegno. In più la tecnologia Guidanc e Line guida il piede in tutte le fasi,
dall’impatto alla spinta, per garantire uno stile di corsa più efficiente e confortevole.
Ottima per ogni tipo di allenamento( io non sono una professionista della corsa ma è consigliatissima anche a chi corre seriamente) riduce le irritazioni, grazie al ridotto numero di cuciture e protegge il piede determinando grande stabilità ed efficienza grazie alla presenza del ”clutch counter”.

today many of us will be the day of return, return to work, in by universities, at school, in the gym … after so many days of relaxation have to go back to being operational.
To stretch a little bit and be ready physically (and mentally) I decided to make a run near the pond Sartirana.
