Percorrendo il sentiero accanto al Lago Castello che dall'omonima località porta a Pontechianale l'opera d'arte denominata Questione di Sguardi salta subito all'occhio, sia per la maestosità che per la sua atipicità.
Con questa altissima sedia posta davanti a quella che pare una finestra, l'autore, Bob Verschueren, ha voluto rappresentare due diversi modi di vedere "l'oltre".
Realizzata interamente in legno, l'opera fa parte del progetto transfrontaliero Sentier Arte & Natura che si propone di realizzare un parco d'arte contemporanea a cielo aperto immerso nella natura tra la Val Variata ed il Queyras.
Walking on the trail along the Lake of Castello, which leads from the homonymous hamlet to Pontechianale, the artwork called Questione di Sguardi (Way to See) is immediately evident, both for its majesty and for its atypicalness.
With this high chair placed in front of what looks like a window, the author, Bob Verschueren, wanted to represent two different ways of seeing "the beyond."
Made entirely of wood, the work is part of the cross-border project Sentier Art & Nature that aims to create a park of contemporary art in the open air surrounded by nature between the Varaita Valley and Queyras.
