Recycling!!!!!!!

Do you remember when we have recycled some jars of jam? Well here another idea I have tried and I would like to share with you the result...what do you think? Simple and ingenious, isn't it?!...One of those things you can say "Why haven’t I ever though about this before?!” This idea comes from one of my favorite Australian magazines, Real living ... yes I’ve already a couple of magazines cataloged as a "favorite"...but I mean, I have been living here more than one year and I foster an unconditional love for the publishing industry, so I had seen it coming. To be honest I miss a bit my DIY posts...such as the "Art Attack" (Italians can understand☺) I miss my little Lab in Italy, where ideas come in and projects come out! I now long for several cutters to cut everything, my sewing machine, not to mention pencils, markers and crayons to color and paint everywhere, ribbons, threads, buttons and eye lights...basically, that magic world of "ahhhh ... no i can’t throw this one, it would be perfect as backdrop or on the side at that photo shoot for that recipe ".  I admit there’s a bit of homesickness, but I have been in the DIY world since I was 3 years old... I certainly can’t quit now! Just as an example, I grew up pretending to cook nice cakes made of mud and blossoms, and from there I developed a passion for food and an eagerness to try new recipes. DoYou know what "the encyclopedia Fifteen" is? Well, if, among fifteen books, the only one I ended up learning by heart was "Making and Building", that would explain my degree in architecture, the pleasure in building models and my thousands of DIY hobbies! Not to mention the complicity of a sister addicted on paper, boxes and packaging...now you get the whole picture ;)

Vi ricordate quando abbiamo riciclato i barattoli della marmellata?!! Bene ecco qua un’altra idea, ho voluto provarla e condividere con voi il risultato…che ne dite? Semplice e carino no?!…Di quelle cose che dici ma perché non mi era mai venuto in mente?!! L’idea viene da una delle mie riviste preferite australiane Real living…ebbene si ho già delle riviste da catalogare come “preferite”…ma voglio dire dopo più di un anno e il mio amore incondizionato per l’editoria, davo per scontato che accadesse. Sarò sincera mi mancavano un po’ i miei post DIY…alla “art Attack” (per intenderci tra italiani :)) come mi manca il mio piccolo “laboratorio” in Italia, dove entrano idee ed escono piccoli progetti! I mille taglierini per tagliare qualunque cosa, la mia macchina per cucire, matite, pennarelli e gessetti per colorare e dipingere un po’ ovunque, nastri, fili, bottoni e rivetti…e tutto quel mondo di “ahhhh…no questo non lo butto sarebbe perfetto da sfondo o contorno a quel set fotografico o quella ricetta”…ok si c’è un po’ di malinconia, ma se si è abituati ad avete le mani “in pasta” da quando avevi 3 anni…non puoi certo smettere! Tanto per capirci sono cresciuta a suon di mangiarini fatti di terra e fiorellini, che dite…è normale poi avere una passione per il cibo vero ed esser sempre li a provare nuove ricette no??!!...Avete presente l’enciclopedia dei Quindici?? Ecco bene, se su quindici libri, l’unico che guardavi sempre con attenzione è “Fare e Costruire”…sarà forse normale la laurea in architettura, il piacere nel fare i plastici poi e i mille hobby di bricolage che mi porto al seguito! Senza contare poi la complicità di una sorella dipendete da carta, scatoline e packaging…si, si….si spiegano tante cose adesso!!! ;)
I lately neglected a little bit this hobby, so now let's start again with a little bit of creativity: nothing complicated, just a jar an old dispenser. Here the recipe ... oops I mean, the instructions, a few simple steps and you’ll have your own super dispenser…a bit vintage!;)
Quindi sono stata un po’ latitante da questo punto di vista, ma oggi lasciamoci prendere da un po’ di creatività di nuovo e ricominciamo…nulla di complicato, giusto un barattolo, un vecchio dispenser e poco più. A voi la ricetta…ops volevo dire l’occorrente, pochi semplici steps e avrete il vostro dosatore super personalizzato e dall’aria un po’ vintage!
