The italian band The Vickers have created an  unexpected album. Languid, retro, dreamy, psychedelic, the album Ghosts is the dimension of the dream that crashs the reality that  separates us from the fantasy with a glass wall, that is breaked in thousand pieces, in which we can see flowers, guitars, travel to distant places, deserts, gigs, revolutions, ideals, and maybe even USA. But not USA made of stars and stripes; but a imaginary place where everything bright with colors of the imagination, of sharing, of joy, of ’70s rock, made up of a thousand memories and some hallucination. And the past live and that shines again, with the magic that only music can offer.

I Vickers hanno creato un album inaspettato. Languidi, retrò, sognanti, dalle sonorità psichedeliche, l’album Ghosts è la dimensione del sogno che invade la realtà, che infrange la parete di vetro che separa la fantasia dal concreto, che la spacca in mille frantumi, in ognuno dei quali ci puoi vedere fiori, chitarre, viaggi in posti lontani, deserti, concerti, rivoluzioni, ideali e forse anche l’ America. Ma non quella stelle e strisce; bensì quel luogo ameno dove tutto ha i colori abbaglianti dell’immaginazione, della condivisione, della gioia, del rock anni ’70, fatto di mille ricordi e qualche allucinazione. E’ il passato che torna a vivere ed il presente che torna a splendere, con la magia che solo la musica sa investire.
