Dinner time is about to come...here is my proposal:
Roast beef cotto in padella con olio evo, sfumato con del vino bianco, aromatizzato con aglio, salvia e rosmarino e infine accompagnato con mostarda di castagne Lazzaris. Roast beef with extra virgin olive oil, blended with white wine, flavored with garlic, sage and rosemary, served with chestnut mustard by Lazzaris
