Nella giornata odierna, su Rai tre è stato trasmesso un servizio sulla rara malattia di Steve Jobs.. Il servizio era basato sulla cura del tumore al pancreas, tumore che purtroppo ha colpito il padre della Apple, Steve Jobs.
Durante l’intervista al dottor Paganelli, lo stesso afferma che la cura per la malattia di Steve Jobs, esiste, in via sperimentale… Ma esiste….
Confermando inoltre, che innumerevoli sono state le mail e lettere senza risposta, inviate direttamente a Steve, dal dottor Ricordi, il quale consigliava una cura rivoluzionaria sperimentata solo in Italia, dall’istituto europeo di oncologia.
Di seguito vi riportiamo la lettera inviata dal dottor Ricordi a Steve Jobs:

Dear Steve and Katie,
Forgive me for being direct. I do not have a vested interest, with the exception that I am an admirer of you Steve, since I saw the movie “Pirates of Silicon Valley” … before I as a PC guy.I am writing to you because I have been interviewed as “pancreas world expert” about your condition, by a European newspaper from my hometown (Milano, Italy) … The newspaper is Corriere della Sera (article appeard the 6th of Jan, page 25).
Initially I made a very superficial hypothesis on how I believe there could be a center in Europe that could have the solution for you. It is a new experimental procedure that is not yet available in the US.
I did not pursue this any longer thinking that you are probably already surrounded by the best of the best, but I did not want to leave this very important issue a chance for failure without throwing my 2 cent contribution.
However, today I got the response from the center in Europe whose director confirmed to me that they have this treatment already in clinical trials with excellent results in the first cases. Please talk to him.
I do not have any personal interest in this except trying to help you, and cancer is not my specialty, but I am certainly planning to dedicate the rest of my life to find a cure for cancer after I get the job done with a cure for diabetes, which is my current priority. I have lost a lot of family and friends to cancer and I want to make sure you do not give up, even if they tell you there is no other option.What they do at the IEO (see below) is a combination of an antibody that goes through your blood system to identify cancer cells even when they are not visible to the most advanced imaging techniques. After the antibody tags the cancer cells (no matter how spread they are), then a second injection selectively kills only the cancer cells, thanks to a radioisotope that delivers radiation within microns of range from the antibody, therefore killing only the cancer cells without side effects to other tissues/organs.
I have sent already selected patients from the US to Milan with incredible results, including a member of our foundation’s board of directors and a scientist who was in charge of our gene therapy program. We saw metastatic disease to the bones and lungs disappear within two treatments.

Il tumore endocrino, molto raro rispetto ad altre forme, in Italia viene curato con un trattamento innovativo e molto efficace.
E allo IEO (Istituto Europeo di Oncologia) di Milano arrivano pazienti da tutto il mondo per sottoporsi a questa terapia, praticata dal prof. Giovanni Paganelli, in grado di far regredire il tumore endocrino e, in alcuni casi, di guarire definitivamente. Molti pazienti sono stati sottoposti a questo trattamento gia’ da diversi anni e godono di ottima salute.
Per quale motivo Steve non ha voluto usufruire di quest’altra opportunità?
Le innumerevoli email e lettere saranno veramente arrivate a Steve o sono state filtrate direttamente dalla mela?
