Ingredienti:
500 gr di panna liquida vegetale già zuccherata2 uova
100 gr di amaretti
300 gr di lamponi freschi
1 bustina di vanillina
zucchero a velo
Preparazione:
In una ciotola, montare i tuorli con 1 bustina di vanillina, 3 cucchiai di zucchero a velo, i chiari montati a neve e la panna montata.
Ricoprire la tortiera con pellicola trasparente e riporre in freezer per almeno 12 ore prima di servire.

Ingredients:
500 gr (17,5 oz) sugary vegetable cream
2 large eggs
100 gr (3,8 oz) amaretti cookies
300 gr (11 oz) fresh raspberries
1 pack of vanillin
icing sugar
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl whisk yolks with 1 pack of vanillin, 3 tblspoons of icing sugar, foamy egg whites and vegetable cream.Chop few amaretti and place in the rectangular cake tin, layer the first half of the cream, a handful or raspberries and repeat all the steps until the ingredients are over.
Cover the cake tin with transparent wrap and place into freezer for 12 hours before serving.
