Lo Sfizio è garantito. Siamo in una zona ricca di uffici, vicino a Pizza 34 e a pochi passi dalla metro B Garbatella. Quando pronunciamo la parola "sfizio" ci viene naturale immaginare uno spuntino goloso, magari da gustare in compagnia per alleviare i morsi della fame. Da Sfizio Italy troverete una pizza spessa dal cornicione stondato, già tagliata a spicchi  e decisamente ricca di condimento. Per chi sta a dieta consigliamo i panini già pronti nel formato baguette da passeggio. Ci sono tanti gusti a disposizione, dai più leggeri con bresaola e rucola ai più sostanziosi con la cotoletta. Gli arancini e i supplì non mancano. Segnaliamo l'arancino agli spinaci tra i più appetitosi.
Per chi vuole mantenersi leggerissimo c'è un menù insalate veramente ricco. Tra le più originali segnaliamo: La cacio e pere con insalata mista, pecorino in scaglie, pera e olive nere; oppure la Nizzarda con carote, uovo sodo, alici marinate.

Arancino agli spinaci

L'approccio musicale non può che attenersi al carattere di immediatezza e brevità della location; ma con un occhio vigile all'originalità e al contesto di micro-City del quartiere. Una zona ponte tra Garbatella e la zona Ostiense, considerata a torto o ragione: la Berlino est di Roma. A questa atmosfera post-industriale ci piace abbinare un altra chicca musicale di un gruppo italiano e nella fattispecie romano/berlinese. I Am Fire dei Klonavenus, duo EBM che riesce con molta efficacia a trasmettere quel sentimento da situazione post-bellico-creativa tipica di Berlino est e, per quanto riguarda l'architettura, della zona Ostiense/Gasometro(o gazometro).

As we said before, we would have had another chance to talk about our beloved Garbatella; an area where, as we already said, loads of take-away good spots concentrate, to the delight of our impatient stomachs. Here we are our article to keep our word. We found this Sfizio Italy and instantly became devoted to them; not only because they are located in Garbatella, a few meters away from the Metro B Station, but especially because they offer a wide variety of snacks and food, to make everyone feel happy and full. The name Sfizio says it all - it's a whim, and togliersi uno sfizio means to do something on a whim; and this is indeed the place where you can togliere all your sfizi. 
There is, needless to say, a pizza - a rich one, already served in big slices - but we usually opt for something more original. They make some scrumptious supplì also, and one of our faves is the spinaci one, a great combo of rice and finely minced spinach; however, baguettes are a great choice too. They are usually lighter than pizza and come in different versions, such as a fat-free bresaola and rocket, or another one filled with a whole cutlet.
Girls on a diet will appreciate their salads too. We recommend a cacio e pere (the salty and sweet marriage of pecorino cheese and sliced pears) or a more traditional Nizzarda (with anchovies, boiled eggs and carrots). 
Then, you can head to the ancient heart of Garbatella or cross the white, new bridge next to the station to walk towards the freaky area of Ostiense; known as "the Roman East Berlin", it actually resembles the German capital city only in some architectural features, although a general artistic atmosphere can be found. In recent years, the area was chosen to become an experimental canvas for street art artists, and some pieces of art can still be found here and there. Try to spot, for example, the Paint The Cracks one, a work by Kid Acne. And there are many more!

New bridge - Ostiense

The perfect soundtrack: post-industrial architecture calls EBM music; let us introduce you a great Italian band, representative of the genre: Klonavenus, with their song I am Fire.
