These days people only talk about the crisis in which Italy seems to be sinking: in newspapers, on radio, on television, bar and supermarket, the argument is just that.And even at my house, the hubby (as is possible for a shopaholic like me, married a banker ?!?!?) now insists that times are hard: we have to save, cut the superfluous spending.
Andin my mind, I panicked, thinking my future is colored gray. Very dark gray.
I imagined us having breakfast sad and alone in a dark house, because in times of crisis the first thing you may miss is the favorite moment of my day: breakfast in the bakery...
So I thought of a solution!
I bought only what I need to make our future poor breakfasts special at home: a cookbook with the recipes for 50 different types of cupcake, a new filter for various teas and infusions, the small glass of Barbapapa for my beloved niece Matilda (she loves Barbapapi, as she calls them: I had to buy it... it is necessary, not superfluous!) and an EggTimer to prepare the American breakfast for that obnoxious hubby! So I have already started to save money, right?
In questi giorni non si parla d'altro che della crisi in cui l'Italia sembra stia sprofondando: sui giornali, alla radio, in tv, al bar e al supermercato l'argomento è solo quello.
E anche a casa mia, il marito (come è possibile che una shopaholic come me abbia sposato un bancario?!?!?) ormai continua a ripetere che sono tempi duri: dobbiamo risparmiare, tagliare il superfluo. 
E mi è preso il panico: nella mia mente il futuro si è colorato di grigio. Grigio molto scuro.
Ci ho immaginati tristi e solitari a fare colazione in una casa buia, perchè in tempi di crisi la prima cosa che potrebbe saltare è prorpio il momento preferito della mia giornata: la colazione in pasticceria...
Così sono corsa ai ripari! Ho comperato solo lo stretto necessario per rendere speciali anche le nostre povere future colazioni a casa: un ricettario e stampini per 50 tipi diversi di cupcake, un nuovo filtro per the e infusi vari, il piccolo bicchiere dei Barbapapà per la mia adorata nipotina Matilde (lei adora i Barbapapi, come li chiama lei: ho dovuto comperarlo:..è necessario, non superfluo!) e un EggTimer per  preparare la colazione all'americana per quell antipatico del marito!
Ecco: ho già iniziato a risparmiare, giusto?
