Still life studio

Quest'anno proprio intorno al mio compleanno ho incontrato finalmente una coppa che sembra essere adatta ai miei still life.
Dopo tanti acquisti che alla prova dei fatti non sono stati utili per la pittura, ho collezionato molti oggetti in cui tenere la frutta o i fiori e che non erano come io volevo.

Il giorno di Natale avevo messo dei mandarini nella mia nuova coppa sulla tavola ...mi è venuto in mente di fare una fotografìa prima di mangiare.
Nei giorni seguenti, ho ripreso in mano l'immagine ed ho deciso che poteva essere studiata su carta Canson Figueras.

Ho lavorato anche un po',tenendo il lavoro verticale, sul cavalletto per creare un ambiente stilizzato e non realistico intorno alla coppa che richiamasse l'atmosfera della stanza ,senza ricorrere ad altro che a pennellate di colore tenue.

This year just around my birthday I finally met a bowl  that appears to be suitable to paint my still life.
After many bowls  or table centerpiece that were not purchases useful for my  painting, I have collected many objects to hold the fruit or flowers, but they were not as I wanted.

Studiare su Canson Figueras è rilassante e facile ma questa superficie non sopporta molto l'acqua.
Con l'asciugatura migliora un po'.
Study on Canson Figueras is relaxing and easy, but this surface does not like the water ... then dries and improves a bit .

On Christmas Day I have put tangerines in my new  bowl on the table ... I had the idea to take some pictures, before eating.
In the following days, I picked up the pictures and I decided it could be studied on paper Canson Figueras.

Spero presto di incontrare fiori freschi da dipingere insieme a questa coppa di cristallo
I hope soon to "meet" even beautiful fresh flowers to paint inside this crystal bowl

I also worked a bit on the stand to create an environment stylized and unrealistic around the bowl, that would evoke atmosphere of my room, only with brushstrokes overlapping light colors.
