Taxi driver!!!

Buongiorno a tutti!!:)
Stamani è Lunedì e visto che ieri doveva esserci la rubrica settimanale sul cinema "CINEMA & DINTORNI", però per problemi di tempo non ce l ho fatta a fare, la faccio oggi.
Il film che ho scelto stamani è TAXI DRIVER, un film che mi è piaciuto moltissimo, considerato da tutti uno dei più importanti e controversi film del cinema statunitense, è stato acclamato per le sue scene di forte impatto e per il suo ruvido realismo. Ha reso celebri entrambi i suoi attori protagonisti, Robert De Niro e Jodie Foster, che all'epoca era solo una tredicenne.
Un film di Martin Scorsese con Robert De Niro, Jodie Foster, Harvey Keitel, Cybill Shepherd e Peter Boyle. Taxi Driver è un film del 1976, vincitore della Palma d'Oro al 29° festival di Cannes.
TRAMA:
New York: Travis Bickle, veterano del Vietnam in congedo, soffre d'insonnia e decide di impegnare le sue notti facendo il tassista. Travis completamente disadattato ma idealista, alla ricerca di uno scopo, si invaghirà di una ragazza e le chiederà di uscire. Quando le cose tra i due andranno storte, Travis, disilluso nei confronti della società, si chiuderà in se stesso. Comincerà così, per Travis, una claustrofobica discesa nel baratro della solitudine, in bilico sui margini della sanità mentale...
Mi fermo qui, perché come sempre non voglio raccontarvi tutta la storia, questo film merita veramente di essere visto, visto che è un pilastro della storia del cinema moderno.
Per chi ancora non lo avesse visto, vi consiglio vivamente di farlo perché ne vale la pena!:)

This morning is Monday and since yesterday there had to be a weekly column on cinema "CINEMA & AROUND", however for time not mad I did do, I do it today.
The movie that I chose this morning's TAXI DRIVER, a film that I loved, regarded as one of the most important and controversial films of American cinema, has been acclaimed for his scenes of strong impact and for its gritty realism. Made famous both his lead actors, Robert De Niro and Jodie Foster, who at the time was only a thirteen year old.

PLOT:
New York: Travis Bickle, a Vietnam veteran on leave, suffers from insomnia and decides to commit his nights doing the taxi driver. Travis totally geek but idealistic, searching for a purpose, you invaghirà of a girl and she will ask you to leave. When things go awry between the two, Travis, disillusioned with the company, it will close itself. Begin well, for Travis, a claustrophobic descent into the abyss of loneliness, poised on the edge of sanity...
I will stop here, because as always I will not tell you the whole story, this film truly deserves to be seen, since it is a pillar of the history of modern cinema.
For those who still had not seen it, I highly recommend doing it because it's worth it :)
