“Teh-cum-theh” — significa, nella nostra cultura e nelle nostre credenze, che le notti quando si vede una stella cadente, un puma salta da un monte all’altro. E, quando da bambini vedevamo le stelle cadenti, noi, in un certo senso, esitavamo a stare fuori al buio, perché pensavamo ci fossero davvero dei puma che si aggiravano là intorno. Ecco ciò che voleva dire il suo nome: Teh-cum-theh»

“Teh-cum-theh” — means, in our culture and our belief, at nights when we see a falling star, it means that this panther is jumping from one mountain to another.
