The origin of “The Origin”

Quella che inauguro martedì 15, " The Origin", allo Spazio RAW, sarà una mostra un particolare.
Di solito un autore mi contatta quando ha già un buon numero di lavori e su quelli lavoriamo. Mentre quando ci siamo conosciuti io e Orlando, queste fotografie non esistevano.

The exposition that I'll open Tuesday 15, "The Origin", allo Spazio RAW, it's going to be special.
Usually an author contacts me when it has already a good number of artworks and we work on them. But when me and Orlando met for the first time, these pictures did not exist. He was one of the first to attend my course online of history of photography. I followed various stages of his career in the world of images, his growth and his progress, we discussed many aspects, and I learned to know better his character and his private life.
Orlando is a person of great sensitivity, empathy and an innate ability to listen. And this is transmitted in what he produces through the camera: his photos are pure, direct, simple and very understandable.
Every time we talk together I have a feeling of tranquility and my advice to those who will be at the opening of Tuesday it is to approach and chat a bit with him, on whatever: it is good for you, I can assure. Come to watch images about a issue -transgender - which is often treated superficially, come to listen the poems by Giovanna Frene, which contain the people's thoughts inside the photos. Get to know new people, it will be like a breath of fresh air for your brain.

Lui è stato uno dei primi a frequentare il mio corso di storia della fotografia online. Ho seguito varie fasi del suo percorso all'interno del mondo delle immagini, la sua crescita e i suoi progressi, ci siamo confrontati su tanti aspetti e ho imparato a conoscere un po' meglio il suo carattere e la sua vita privata.
Orlando è una persona di grande sensibilità, con un'empatia e una capacità di ascoltare innate. E questo si trasmette in ciò che produce attraverso la macchina: le sue foto sono pure, dirette, semplici e molto leggibili.
Ogni volta che parliamo ho una sensazione di grande tranquillità e il mio consiglio per chi verrà al vernissage di martedì è proprio quello di avvicinarsi e chiacchierare un po' con lui, di qualunque cosa: vi farà bene, ve l'assicuro. Venite a osservare delle immagini su un tema - quello dei transgender - spesso trattato con superficialità, venite ad ascoltare le poesie di Giovanna Frene, che a loro volta racchiudono i pensieri di chi sta dentro le foto. Venite a conoscere nuove persone, sarà come una boccata di aria fresca per il vostro cervello.
